Dave and Jase are joined by the supremely talented Polish improviser Gosia Różalska. We have the pleasure of hearing about format creation, her process, philosophy and approach to improv.

We were lucky enough to get to spend an hour with Jen O'Sullivan from Wellington NZ. She's an amazing improviser, festival director, and all-round wonder woman. On top of all that, she's a new mum and we had the pleasure of podcasting with her new baby making new baby sounds all the way through this podcast. We were so happy at the end of this podcast because this chat was so genuinely lovely. We can't wait for you to hear it!
