This week, IMA Senior Fellow Dr. Kat Lindley hosts a powerful conversation with Dr. Kirk Moore, the Utah-based physician recently cleared of all charges after being accused of falsifying COVID-19 vaccine records. In this wide-ranging interview, Dr. Moore shares his personal story and explains what led him to stand against federal mandates during the pandemic. Together, they examine the deeper questions around the ethics of mandates. What happens when medicine becomes beholden to bureaucracy? From the collapse of informed consent to the growing threat of censorship and coercion, this webinar explores why the doctor-patient relationship must always come first. Never miss another webinar. Sign up here: https://imahealth.org/weekly-webinars/ Learn more: https://imahealth.org/medical-case-against-transitioning-minors/ As gender transition procedures among youth become more common, a growing number of doctors are raising serious concerns—medical, ethical, and human rights alike. Can minors truly consent to irreversible medical interventions? Urgent questions demand honest answers. This week, IMA Senior Fellow Dr. Ryan Cole hosts a powerful panel featuring IMA Senior Fellows Dr. Kimberly Milhoan and Dr. Katherine Welch. Together, they’ll lay out the medical case against transitioning minors—from the lack of informed consent to the long-term physical and psychological harm. Both guests bring deep clinical experience serving children and vulnerable populations—and both are sounding the alarm. This discussion continues a powerful conversation first sparked during a panel at the 2025 IMA Conference. While the topic is often politicized, IMA approaches it from a medical and ethical standpoint. Our mission is rooted in patient-centered care and medical transparency, and protecting minors from irreversible harm fits squarely within that commitment. | DrBeen#85: mRNA Vaccines Produce Off-Target Proteins | 25 Jan 2024 | 00:33:51
What are the off-target proteins produced by mRNA vaccines? Can these proteins cause harm? What is the mechanism of their production? Let's review. An article on University of Cambridge contains this statement, "Researchers have discovered that misreading of therapeutic mRNAs by the cell’s decoding machinery can cause an unintended immune response in the body. They have identified the sequence within the mRNA that causes this to occur and found a way to prevent ‘off-target’ immune responses to enable the safer design of future mRNA therapeutics." In this review of research, we find that SARS-COV-2 (possibly directly) and COVID-19 vaccines (possibly indirectly, via anti-idiotype antibodies) can change the neuron gene expressions in the sensory ganglions. Additionally, there is a possibility of ganglion pathology due to peripheral nerve injury and systemic inflammatory molecules in the circulation. Satellite glial cells, macrophages, and other immune cells could become activated in the ganglions resulting in neuronal hyperexcitability and hyperesthesia and allodynia. Let's review. | DrBeen#81: Reduced Serotonin Levels in Long COVID Patients | 21 Dec 2023 | 00:37:30
In this study, researchers found that the genetic material from the virus and possibly other parts activate TLR3 receptors. These in turn cause the cells to release IFN1. IFN1 works on the intestinal cells via STAT1 pathway to down-regulate ACE2 receptors and B0AT1 channels. The result is reduced absorption of tryptophan leading to reduced serotonin production in the body. They also found that IFN1 activates platelets leading to micro thrombi and further reduction of serotonin as platelets are a huge reservoir of serotonin. Researchers also found that MAO activity was increased. Vagal activity was reduced leading to the hippocampal reduction in function as well. The researchers suggest using tryptophan precursor supplement (5HTP - 5 hydroxytryptophan) and SSRI medications to rescue serotonin levels in long COVID patients. | DrBeen#78 COVID Shots, Chronic Fatigue, and Altered Blood Markers | 17 Nov 2023 | 00:20:09
In this fascinating new study (October, 2023) researchers from Germany demonstrate that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines cause a long-term change in the immune profile, resulting in the immune system adjusting its biomarkers to accommodate for these changes. And, those individuals that fail to accommodate for the long-term vaccine-related immune changes end up with vaccine injuries. In other words, their immune system gets vaccine-related modifications on top of their existing baseline and this combined result leads to injury. So what needs to be measured? IL-6/IL-8 levels and antibodies for angiontension II type I receptors (ATR1) and alpha2b adrenergic receptor (alpha2b-adr-R). The researchers say in the study: “We present a set of observations that are potentially relevant for the understanding and diagnosis of PACVS, a dysautonomia syndrome associated with, and possibly triggered by, SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination [1]: In healthy persons not affected by PACVS, the repertoire of receptor antibodies involved in cardiovascular regulation and immune homeostasis undergoes long-term adjustment following SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination. The above adjustment seems blunted, absent or even inversed in persons who present clinical phenotypes of PACVS after SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination. In this episode of ‘Kid’s Corner', pediatrician Dr. Elizabeth Mumper discusses the RSV vaccine and covers important questions like: • Should you get the RSV vaccine if you are elderly or pregnant? RSV is a routine illness that the overwhelming majority of babies can handle. By the age of 2, 97% of children have been infected with RSV. Of these, each year, the CDC tracks around 17 deaths. Based on these numbers, does it make sense to mass vaccinate babies for RSV? Learn more with Dr. Mumper now. Join host Dr. Chris Martenson for a powerful conversation on the future of COVID-19 vaccine policy. He’s joined by former Deputy Assistant Secretary of HHS David Mansdoerfer and three special guests—Senator Ron Johnson, IMA Senior Fellow Dr. Jordan Vaughn, and attorney Warner Mendenhall of Freedom Counsel—for a timely breakdown of the May 21, 2025, U.S. Senate hearing on COVID-19 vaccine development and safety. With HHS now considering the removal of COVID-19 shots from the CDC’s recommended schedule for children and pregnant women, we could see a dramatic reshaping of the legal, medical, and political landscape. Our panel will explore what this move could mean for liability protections under the PREP Act, vaccine policy, public trust, and the future of informed consent. Momentum around mRNA vaccine reform is building. Last week, we launched our Smart Moms Ask campaign to end recommendations for children and pregnant women—and now federal agencies are beginning to reconsider vaccine policy. | #199 (May 07, 2025) 'The Forbidden Conversation: Autism, Vaccines, and the Search for Truth': IMA (formerly FLCCC) Weekly Update | 15 May 2025 | 01:11:32
Never miss another webinar. Sign up here: https://imahealth.org/weekly-webinars/ Learn more: https://imahealth.org/autism-vaccines-forbidden-conversation/ Dr. Andy Wakefield has spent decades at the center of one of the most controversial topics in modern medicine: vaccines and their potential link to autism. This week, IMA Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Paul Marik welcomes Wakefield for a timely conversation about his early research, the backlash that followed, and how his voice continues to resonate in today’s medical climate. They’ll also explore Protocol 7, Wakefield’s new award-winning film that marks his transition from researcher to filmmaker. With HHS now promising its first-ever placebo-controlled trials for childhood vaccines, and RFK Jr. pledging to release long-suppressed vaccine safety data, Wakefield’s early warnings are taking on renewed urgency. This is more than a debate—it’s a reminder of why transparency in medicine is one of IMA’s core pillars, and why honest conversations like this one matter more than ever. | DrBeen#70: High Fibrinogen and D-Dimers Linked to Long COVID | 21 Sep 2023 | 00:23:51
In this early pandemic study of COVID-19 confirmed hospitalized patients, researchers found two groups of individuals with biomarker profiles: the first had high fibrinogen levels in relation to C-Reactive proteins (CRP) and the second had an increase in D-Dimers in relation to CRP. These molecules generally increase in relation to CRP; however, here the researchers found that the fibrinogen and D-Dimers increased while the CRP stayed low. These cohorts were associated with higher likelihood of neurological long COVID. Let's review both the findings and the mechanisms.
