The Word of God has to become personal to you. To make it personal, break it down into small, simple pieces. Take those small pieces and apply them one at a time. Before you know it, you'll have understanding. The more you understand, the more you'll grow. And the more you grow, the farther you'll go.

The struggle is real! If you find yourself holding on to yesterday while trying to walk confidently in TODAY, there won't be any real progress in your life. Only when you fully embrace the NEW you will you walk boldly in who God created you to be. Put off the old and pick up the new. New looks good on you.

You can't be in two places at the same time. The distraction will cause you to either go backwards or become stuck without forward progression. God intends for you to live in the present; it's the only way to get to your future. Your past can only take you farther away from the future God has already prepared for you.

None of our sins were left off the bill God paid for us with Jesus' blood. He took care of the bill. You don't owe the devil anything. When he tries to bring up your past, just remind him that your bill has been PAID IN FULL, including the tip. He can't charge you or hold you accountable for what's already been taken care of. Walk in the freedom God has given you.

Redemption wiped the slate clean and gave you what you never had before, FREEDOM. Your debt wasn't just cancelled or written off; it was paid in full. There is nothing the enemy can hold over your head now. Everything, yes even that thing you just thought about, has been paid for. Go live in the freedom God made available to you through Jesus.

Everything God does is good and complete. He didn't just deliver and empower you, he moved you from the place He found you and take you into the place you needed to be. He made sure you had everything you needed in order to do all the things He called you to do.

You have been delivered. There are no secrets the enemy can blackmail you with or hold over your head that God does not already know about. God saw your past, present and future and CHOSE to deliver you from anything and everything that could, would or should have a hold on you. Not only that, God gave you power OVER those things. You have been empowered. Walk in the full experience of what God has already provided for you.

Priority takes effort. It requires rearrangements, refocusing and rescheduling. It takes commitment, confidence and courage. It’s not easy but it’s worth it. Matthew 6:33. Read Haggai. Sometimes what’s missing in our house results from having our priorities out of order.

The best things in life are built: Family. Marriage. Relationships. Business. Community. Wealth. Health. Even a good hair routine!! We build what is important, things we value and treasure. We want what we build to stand the tests of time.

Building a good foundation requires reading. Without reading, you won’t know if what you’re building on is good or if it’s something that will come crashing down in time. To make sure it’s right, you need to read it for yourself. Don’t just take someone else’s word. Once you know what you know, no one can stop you from building the right way in every area of your life.

God has given us the freedom of choice. We can choose whatever we want. Just remember that every choice we make will produce an outcome or consequence. If you love the choice you make, you have to also love and accept the consequences of that choice. Are you willing to live with the consequences of your choices?

The foundation is the most important part of anything that is being built as it determines if what is built will stand the test of time or fall down over time. Choose the right foundation and you’ll appreciate the outcome. Choose the wrong foundation and you’ll regret the outcome.

Get to the root of your thirst. Substitutes can only last for so long. Except your thirst is quenched with what it needs, you will thirst again. Recognize what you really need. Then choose to be FULL.

Life is constantly teaching us. Every lesson is a teacher imparting wisdom, that if heeded to, will give you more than you asked for and more than you expected.

How you respond during the storm not only determines your outcome, it determine your outlook. Whatever you focus on you will find. Focus on what you want to find not what you don't want to have. Choose an attitude of gratitude in everything you go through.

Life can hit us hard, one swift punch after the other. Sometimes the hits are so hard that they make us forget who we are. We lose the confidence, the drive and the joy of life, while becoming a shell of our former self. Confidence is replaced with fear, worry, and doubt. Our thoughts of “I can” is drowned out with the whimpering of I can’t. But just because you’ve been knocked down, doesn’t mean you have to stay down. God wants to meet you where you are and show you the WHO that you really are. You are not your circumstances. You are the WHO that he created you to be.

They say what you don’t know won’t hurt you. But actually, what you don’t know will hurt you, and it will cost you in the process. Knowing who you are is your greatest weapon of power and it is a chief decision maker. Your life will ebb and flow, for good or bad, based on you knowing, understanding, accepting and loving the YOU God created you to be. Take a listen to this podcast and evaluate how much your identity is costing, or has cost, you. There is no shame, guilt, or condemnation. Now that you know, take responsibility and live out the YOU God created you to be.

Not truly knowing who you are is like navigating through life without a compass. You make wrong choices, bad decisions and, most importantly, never see yourself as the YOU that God made you to be. When you don't see yourself as God sees you, it hinders you from getting to the place that He's destined you to be. Decide today to see yourself with a new set of eyes. Embrace your identity. This is who you really are.

Your prayer matters, not just to God but, to every person that is connected to your life in some way. When you pray, you make it possible for them to have what they need. Your prayers supply answers, strength and insight. God uses your prayers as resources to furnish what is needed for your life so that you can furnish what is needed in the lives of others. It matters when you pray, so pray.

Don’t get stuck in the place of insecurity. Your desire to be and feel secure and confident is more than just a desire; it’s what you deserve. If you are willing to let go of what you are holding onto, you can live in the place of security, confidence, trust and faith. It’s available for you. Position yourself to be made whole.

Insecurity comes to steal, kill and destroy your confidence which is needed in order to obtain all the good things that God has prepared for you. Let go of your insecurities and take hold of your confidence for in it is great reward.

You are not waiting on God, God is waiting on you to respond to Him. How will you respond? Respond to the YES that He's already given you.

Hard choices require us to make hard decisions. Decide to let every decision be made for God. If it goes along with God's agenda, vote for it. If it goes against anything that goes against God, vote against it. Take back your voice by taking back your vote. Illustrate and declare that God is God and that you have made the decision to follow Him.

It takes a village to raise a child and you, my Sister, are a part of that village. God is counting on you to cover, train, discipline, guide and correct His little girls so that they become the women that He desires them to be. It's time for each of us to do our part.

You are Daddy's little girl!!  God wants you to realize and embrace who you are so that you reap the benefits of being His little girl.  This knowledge can impact your life and better the lives of all those around you.  You, my sister, are whoever God says you are.

Your words have power and are powerful enough to produce whatever you say.  When you are ready to see change in your life, change what's coming out of your mouth and you will see the change you desire.  You will always have what you say, good or bad.

Sometimes we have to remind ourselves of who we really are.  In this episode, we begin to lay the foundation, dispel some myths and set some ground rules so that in the end we all have the same results...we see ourselves the way God sees us.

Great things happen when we get out of God's way, let Him be God and follow the instructions He's given us.  When we humble ourselves and ask for the help that we need we'll get the help that we need.
