Healing Wounded Places on Earth, A Guided Meditation15 Jan 202400:21:31

I recently returned from Maui, Hawaii. We stayed just north of Lahaina. Each day as we ventured out, we would drive past the destruction that was the Maui fires. My heart hurt looking at the ashes, the burnt remnants of once family homes, cars, and spaces of joy. 

A week after the fires, I was in meditation and I felt the Banyan tree in limbo, in-between life and death. I felt a need to help, but didn't know what I could do. The thought of a guided meditation came to mind. 

I waited until our trip so I could better connect with the energy there, but not only there, everywhere on earth where there are wounds because of destruction.

Four of the six men in attendance at the fall 2023 retreat in Colorado Springs, CO were available to share their expeirence with Earth's medicine (psilocybin). 

This medicine is a catalyst for transformation.

Hello!

This meditation was recorded on my phone while I sat in the sun. I closed my eyes, turned my body toward the sun, and took in the warmth.

 

There was wind, and you can hear it in the background. The music is also a little louder than I would have liked, and with the way I recorded it, I am not able to adjust the voice to music ratio. 

I learn with each meditation. Thank you for being a part of this process with me. Together, we are discovering our flow.
