The summer Olympics have been impressive this year. Leela, Cami and Kiran want to look at a trending story coming out of the athlete’s village, a story about body types. There has been a spotlight on the diversity of body types that are competing for gold, and this plays right into the gals’ passion for everyone getting straight with the bullshit that is deeply ingrained in our subconscious, about how some bodies are better than others. It also opens up a natural exploration of how each avatar has a “general” body type.

Last week Kiran, Leela, and Cami reminded us that ‘your freedom is all our freedom’. And that brought to light a very good point from you decoders about the tension that can occur when our loved ones don’t want our authenticity, or our freedom.  It’s all sunshine and daisies to assume that everyone wants our freedom, but there are growing pains. And more often than we want to admit, our parents, spouse, children, friend groups, etc., will push back on our transformations in uncomfortable ways. So this week Leela and Kiran explore solutions to this conundrum.

Your freedom is my freedom. This is simply how it is! Kiran, Leela and Cami remind us in this episode that all the choices you make towards more self awareness, authenticity, confidence to stand in your own voice, etc. inspires so much in those around you. So often it feels like we are too much, or if we prioritize our needs over the needs of others, we are harming those people.
