Today's guest is Dr Paul Conti. Paul is a psychiatrist and author, specialising in trauma and the impact it can have on our minds and bodies. His 2022 book Trauma: The Invisible Epidemic, comes with an endorsement from Lady Gaga, who claims he saved her life. In this episode, Paul and Stephanie talk in depth about trauma, both individual and collective, how we recognise it, and how we can work to heal from it.
