Growing up in the bush, Ian spent much of his childhood with his grandmother, learning the healing properties of local plants and developing a lifelong respect for nature. Ian has built upon this family legacy by specializing in the emotional and spiritual aspects of Australian native plants, dedicating over 30 years to pioneering his range of Australian Bush Flower Essences. He is the author of five books and teaches workshops worldwide. Accompanied by his wife, Jane—who is also a skilled Flower Essences practitioner and principal harpist with the Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra—Ian continues his work globally. Their daughter Grace works in event management, though Ian jokingly doesn’t expect her to carry on the family herbalist tradition. Ian’s other passion is body surfing, which he enjoys whenever he can.

Krista’s passion for homeopathy was born out of her own family’s experiences. When her son struggled with recurring ear infections and later developed a serious infection, she turned to homeopathy and witnessed remarkable healing after conventional medicine fell short. Years later, while she was still in her studies, her younger son was diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma, a rare bone cancer. Walking through that journey deepened her understanding of fear, resilience, and trust in the healing process, ultimately solidifying her commitment to homeopathy. Today, Krista blends her professional training with the wisdom gained from her family’s story, offering compassionate and empowering care to those she serves.

About my guest:

Sameena Khan is a London-based homeopath and holistic healer and consultant at Transcendent Transformation. Her journey into homeopathy began when her daughter experienced a severe skin condition that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve. After witnessing the profound healing power of homeopathy, Sameena left her career as a systems analyst and fully committed herself to the healing arts. She now integrates homeopathy with energy healing (Reiki/Seichem), EFT, nutrition, mindset coaching, and bioenergetic scanning to support her clients in achieving balance and wellness on all levels—mind, body, and spirit.
