Today's episode we have a heart-to-heart with Keryn from Guesswai check out her instagram she is a cat mom of two adorable cats and she shares her story of how she started seeking therapy and how it had helped her over the past couple of months.

Both Keryn and I really hoped this conversation would help anyone thinking of seeking help or aren't really sure where to start, the programme we spoke about is called CHAT which is the government route for youths in Singapore unsure if they would require help or not. Its not a sign of weakness just know that its normal and its okay to ask for help.
