In today's episode, we have an honest conversation about Kendra's experience with domestic violence and how she was able to leave. She opens up about her high school and university years and how she quickly fell in love with someone she met after university. This man turned out to be someone totally different than Kendra was expecting. As their relationship continued, Kendra learned how to put her and her daughters needs first and was guided to safety through prayer. She shares what practices helped her heal after officially leaving the relationship and what other survivors of abuse can do to heal.
Kendra's story is one of finding confidence, faith, and perseverance!

She has battled late-stage breast cancer and early-stage lung cancer and completed her active treatment in 2021. After her recovery, Christine started mentoring people who have gone through difficult situations. With over a decade of experience in energy work, meditation instruction, yoga instruction, Reiki mastery, inner healing, health education, vitality study, and three years of certified coaching, she helps people turn their pain into power. Her expertise empowers women worldwide to embody their fullest expression of self.
Today as we hear her cancer journey, from finding the lump to being told she was in remission. We hear how she's turned her experience into her calling and is now helping other women feel empowered through their life experiences. We learn how to become better not bitter, the mindset she used during treatments and why it's important to live each day like it's your last.
