Ethniki Omada based episode with the panel of Michael, Steve, Niko & Greg to dissect the 1-0 loss to Cyprus, & the 3-1 win against Northern Ireland to cap off a successful Nations League campaign as League B awaits Greece in 2024. The boys discussed the positives & negatives, what impact it will have going forward with the EURO 2024 qualifiers set to commence next year in March, even touched on who could Greece potentially face in the qualification phase with the draw scheduled for October 9th.

Another week of Greek Football has gone by with the trio of Michael, Antoni and Greg to review it all. Round 5 of the Super League with the coaching carousel continuing with Levadiakos and Olympiakos firing Giannis Taousianis and Carlos Corberan. Panathinaikos with 5/5 wins. AEK with a morale boosting win on the road with interesting half time events. The boys also gave their thoughts on the shocking news of Xanthi withdrawing from the SL2, and finally dissecting Gus Poyet's latest call-ups on the Ethniki Omada. With promotion already secured, we previewed the remaining Nations League games against Cyprus and Northern Ireland and things we would like to see.

This now sees Olympiakos the sole Greek team to fight for Greece's coefficient points. The panel also give their thoughts on the change of captaincy at AEK with Sergio Araujo now wearing the armband, and discussed Greeks Abroad performances and potential transfer movements of Hatzidiakos and Pelkas.

Your number one Greek Football podcast is back for another season! We kick off the first episode with Michael on hosting duties accompanied by Greg, Apostolos & Antoni to review the action of the 1st Leg European results for Olympiakos, PAOK & Aris. 

A disappointing Olympiakos settled for a 1-1 draw to Maccabi Haifa in Israel in their Champions League 2nd round qualifier, while in the Conference League 2nd round qualifiers PAOK put up a abysmal display against Levski Sofia losing 2-0 away from home & Aris with a huge 5-1 win over FC Gomel in Thessaloniki, practically qualifying for the next qualifying round. 

The results add up to 375 points towards Greece's coefficient point & sit in 16th. We hope for better results in the 2nd Leg matches & help boost our coefficient. 

The boys also briefly touched on Panathinaikos and their expectations, the fourth Greek team in Europe and yet to start their journey who will face Slavia Prague in the Conference League 3rd round qualifiers.

Two more wins since last episode, 3-0 vs. Cyprus & 2-0 Kosovo was enough to secure promotion to League B of the Nations League with two games to spare as well as securing a EURO 2024 playoff spot.
