Since he could spend more time with us, we jumped into his latest book, Fitter Faster: the Smart Way to Get in Shape in Just Minutes a Day (2022). He understands the excuses we make to avoid or quit exercising. He partners with Brad Kolowich, Jr CPT and they have developed barrier-lowering workouts that are evidenced based. The workouts can be done in 20 min or less AND provide what they call the Big Six Benefits and the Seven Surprising additional benefits.
