Appreciating what your body does for you every single day isn’t always high on your priority list. You have to admit that you carry on with your daily routines without thinking twice about the amazingly clever chemical reactions that are working tirelessly inside your body. Living a healthy and energetic life is down to your one and only body, so you definitely shouldn’t take it for granted. Sometimes you’re way too hard on yourself and don’t love your body like you should. Make sure you keep a firm eye on any symptoms and seek medical or advice of other professionals as soon as possible. Once you start honing in on your body and how it functions you will be thriving, not just surviving. So take note of all the ideas above and make sure you never take your health for granted again. | |||
| Let's Chat Opinions - Who's Opinion do you value and trust or listen to! | 23 Apr 2023 | 00:18:46 | |
Do you let other people’s opinions about you and what you do impact you in negative ways? If so, whose opinions do you let influence you? Do you listen to more or less everyone’s opinions, including strangers? Or perhaps only your friends? Or your family? Or your people who don't have your best intentions? At the most basic level, we can feel free to listen to the opinions of anyone that cross our path in some way. But “listen to” doesn’t mean “agree with”, or even “take seriously”. And that goes doubly for other people’s opinions about us. But at the same time, we also shouldn’t completely isolate ourselves from getting feedback from the outside world. Because that feedback can be an important tool for growth and for keeping us grounded. Let's chat for a few minutes about how other's opinions could be stopping you from doing something you want to do or having a say in things they really shouldn't and how it's affecting you. Or even better, who's opinions you should be seeking advice from. Let's have a time!
