Known for his numerous contacts with underage boys, he was the only man not to show up to the sting house. Glenn began a chat with a decoy named "Vance", who was posing as fourteen-year-old boy. An ad placed by a decoy posing as a 13-year-old boy was placed on Craigslist. 43-year-old Steven Cartlidge responded to the ad and started a chat. He told the boy he would give him oral sex and sent him links to gay pornagraphic websites. When Steven arrived at the sting house, he struck up a conversation with the decoy.
