It's Halloween, and I'm at the cabin for a little spooky encounter!

We're back in the woods, it's muddy, it's messy, it's just how the story progresses....

This Halloween Bonus Episode shares stories from beyond the lofts, including tales of famous, and not-so-famous, ghosts haunting the neighborhoods of Beantown and beyond.

An unsettling night for the residents leaves several of them searching for answers....and for the little girl who has seemingly disappeared?  Wayne, Neil, Dani and Meaghan all try to make sense of what is going on, but somehow, things keep getting stranger and stranger.

In this third episode we meet Brandon and Tess, learn how they met, and get to join them as they have one inexplicable and creepy evening at home.  What is going on in this building?

In this episode, Jennifer starts to settle into her new Boston home, and we get to meet her neighbor Dani, who is certainly a bit of a character.  Meaghan also makes a small cameo, as does the infamous, Alabaster.  Things are just starting out for sure, but somehow, they're already starting to get a bit spooky.

In this pilot episode of Haunted Happenstance, we meet Jennifer and follow along for her move into Boston, and into a very special building.  Find out if it is merely coincidence that has drawn her and her neighbors to this creepy place, or is it something more (or spookier) than that...

The podcast turns 3 today! To celebrate, we've got a bonus episode chronicling three ghostly encounters at the cabin!

It's Episode 13, and just like in Season 1, this one has a bit of a different perspective.  Enjoy a look at the Lofts and the Ridge through a lower set of eyes.

In observance of Independence Day, we're going to visit some of my favorite haunts of Philadelphia - including many of those from the founding souls of our the country!

We're back in the woods at the Ridge, and we're picking back up a story from last fall, one that was ended abruptly thanks to a zoom glitch, or was it? ;) 

As spring spills into summer, we head back to Birchwood Ridge and catch up with Max, Nyles, Adelaide and Jennifer as they navigate some new paths, and reconcile some old pasts.

We're back up at the Ridge after a very wet and dreary summer, with fall just on the horizon.  Time to chat with the ladies, this time around, Eevie, Teeghan, Noelle, Jennifer, and one new voice as well!

This bonus episode is short, sweet, and very much needed.

Season Two is officially back after a hiatus - it's just about spring at the Lofts and at the Ridge, and it's time to check in with what's happening in light of the time away.  Ready to go back?

On this seventh day, we meet our seventh ghost, and spend time with two ladies who never had the chance to take center stage, but are ready for their spotlight now!

With six days until Christmas, we get to spend a movie marathon afternoon with Claudia and Tidbit -- and it's an obscene amount of fun.....until it isn't.

This fifth ghost and day of Christmas, we get to check in with three of our favorite folks from the fifth floor! 

He's back! No, not Charlie, although he is too, but Roho! Our favorite calling bird, and he's got a lot to say, and see, this Hanukkah!

On this third day, with third ghost, we spend more time at the Lofts with a married couple just trying to keep some old family traditions alive.

For the second day, and ghost, of Christmas, we're heading to the first floor of the Lofts to share in the experience of one family's very first, and enlightening, Christmas Tree!

This holiday season we want to keep everyone in the spirit, by keeping alive the tradition of telling ghost stories at Christmas, and revisiting some of our favorite characters from season one!

On the first day, we have a Partridge and Charity, featuring Mallory!

In this episode we split our time between the Lofts and the Ridge, but some things are overlapping the locations - and nothing is exactly as it appears, at least at first.  

Halloween is over, but the spooky times have only just started.  In this episode, an entire community comes together to try and find a lost dog at the Ridge, while the trees have been keeping secrets. 

As with all things in 2020, even Halloween has been made a bit different, a bit more strange, but scary, all the same, whether you're at the Lofts of the Ridge.

It's almost Halloween, and that means it's almost time for some Halloween festivities - both at the Lofts and at the Ridge, who is ready to be invited to a little fun, and a lot of spooks?

We spend some time in a dark place with Jennifer, at the lofts, before returning back to the Ridge.  And regardless of where people are, it seems like everyone is nearing their breaking point.

We are celebrating two years of the show this week, and it couldn't have happened without all of you! As part of our thanks, there will be a two-part Bonus Episode, and here is the first!

Figured some of you might be curious about the first ghost, the one that started it all!  Ready?

What happens when you've been forced to stay home, but home has grown to be the last place you'd like to stay?  You take as much time as you can before going back...

So many are trying to do what they can to help out during this pandemic, and some have found distraction and production in pulling out their dusty sewing machines and making masks.  In this shorter tale, two roommates do what they can to help, and just stay safe, and alive during self-isolation.
