Good Bye – Details, episodes & analysis

In their book, Good Bye, Leading Executive Coaches Alison Lucas and Lizzie Bentley Bowers provide this missing piece of the change leadership puzzle: a way of leading yourself and others through change in a respectful, emotionally agile way. Their intention in writing Good Bye was to start more conversations about Endings in organisations. Here on the Good Bye podcast you can hear them in conversation with each other, and with guests, about why a Good Bye matters, how to be better leaders of Endings, and the impact of leading a Good Bye.
