She is a licensed therapist based in Houston, Texas, dedicated to supporting youth and families in navigating the challenges of the digital age. 

She is the author of For the Sake of Our Youth, a book that explores the impact of screen addiction on mental health and family dynamics. 

Tessa is Passionate about fostering real-life face to face, connections, she founded a nonprofit organization and named it LOOK UP.  Look up encourages families to step away from screens and engage in meaningful, offline interactions. 

Through her work, Tessa advocates for a healthier balance between technology and personal well-being.

Holly is a mostly a stay at home mom but works at her kids school two days a week and serves along side Adam at church.  Adam and Holly met in college at Valdosta State University.
