At the Munich Security Conference, Global Eyes met SIPRI director Dan Smith and IISS senior fellow Lynn Kuok. They talk about hunger, the framing of the Ukraine war and different policy priorities.

Some of India´s most important rivers originate in China. That raises concerns about the possible weaponization of water resources. Especially, since conflict has been simmering for decades, as the border between the two countries is disputed, with frequent outbursts of fighting, as in December 2022.
