Aaron Ross - from mailing out DJ promos to discovering and managing global artist Jonas Blue 30 May 202600:25:10

Aaron Ross is a music industry executive and founder of Infinite Future Management, with more than 25 years’ experience across A&R, radio, artist development and management. He began his career at Virgin Records during the late 1990s, working within the label’s dance division VC Recordings at a time when artists including Massive Attack, The Chemical Brothers and Daft Punk were reshaping electronic music culture. He later held senior promotion and A&R roles with Ministry of Sound, Defected Records and the relaunched Strictly Rhythm.

In 2012, Ross founded ⁠Infinite Future Management⁠, transitioning into artist management and helping guide the global breakthrough of Jonas Blue. Since then, he has developed a respected international roster spanning electronic and alternative music including TCTS, Chaney, Audio Bullys and Melon Bomb whilst working along the way with Roger Sanchez, Sandy Rivera and Kenny 'Dope' Gonzales.
