Kyle is an incredible drummer based in Los Angeles. His impressive resume includes touring with Rufus Wainwright, Madison Cunningham, M. Ward, Neko Case, Daniel Lanois, and recording with Iron & Wine, Kurt Vile, First Aid Kit, Conor Oberst and many others! He also has a solo project called Crane Like The Bird featuring a lot of great artists (which I highly recommend checking out).

Ep. 28 - Jake Cassman

Jake Cassman is a songwriter, pianist, and comedian originally from the Bay area. Jake studied at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, and since then he’s done a wide variety of jobs and gigs in the music industry, performing at dueling piano bars, working as a music director for Second City and for a wedding band, writing for other artists and music theater productions, and working as a music educator. He founded the rock band Drunken Logic while in Boston, who’s having a 10 year anniversary show on April 15th at Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles, and also April 30th in Berkeley at The Back Room. I met Jake on a gig with Sarah Winchester band back in 2018 shortly after he moved to LA, and recently had the pleasure of recording some Bass for the upcoming Drunken Logic EP our later this year!

BWJB has played all over LA and SoCal for the past decade, always bringing the party wherever they go! Geordie is the frontman, songwriter, and ringleader. Danny is a touring & session guitarist based in Los Angeles, originally from Minnesota. In 2019 he went on a major tour with Republic Records artist Jordan McGraw opening for the Jonas Brothers and Bebe Rexha at major venues all over the world like Madison Square Garden and The Hollywood Bowl. He’s also toured/performed with Badflower, Jake and Fanny, Sara Melson, Alex Sparrow, SpaceCream, Alexa Villa, Willow Stevens, The Royals and Rubix Kube LA cover bands, and many others.

Ep. 23 - Karlina Covington

Karlina is an eclectic singer and songwriter from Los Angeles. She studied vocals at LA College of Music which is where we met, and since then she’s been a part of a variety of projects including working with Taboo of The Black Eyed Pea’s as part of his writing team, performing all over the country with Vaud and the Villains, and she does a lot of collaborating and writing for sync licensing. In 2015, "Never Give Up" was featured on CBS's Survivor; a song she performed and co-wrote under the project name, Lost Souls. Since last year, she has been working on her next solo project with producer, Jason Ingram. For more about Karlina go @karlinacovington on ig!

Originally from Michigan, Scott spent over a decade in LA and is now in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  He’s been drumming for 30 years, and he’s performed with many bands and artists such as Blackwater Jukebox, Alex Volz aka Burly Temple, Black Crystal Wolf Kids, The Hot Nothing, 5-Track, and Glass Goblins. His solo project is Cuddleface, and he does a lot of teaching!
