This question was asked to me by a sweet lady on my Q&A on instagram and I just felt it truly deserved an entire episode. When I started my 100 pound weight loss journey, my confidence was at an all-time low and as you'll hear in this episode, this was about so much more than my body. The truth is I had never been someone who followed through on anything. I was constantly breaking promises to myself. And I felt like a stranger in my body after the birth of my first. I realized early on in my journey, I couldn't wait until I had lost all the weight to feel confident. My success and my healthy mindset depended on my confidence. And yours does too! In this episode we're talking about how I built my confidence and the mindset shifts I had to make that I truly believe made the biggest difference in not only seeing results, but enjoying the journey.
