In our Patreon parent support space (hosted by Sujai Johnson and Vivek Patel) we lead a weekly guided meditation for parents. Today's episode is a recording of a recent meditation called "Where do my thoughts come from?" It is based on the process of looking at our thoughts and asking them 2 questions: "Where do you come from?" We start with a guided relaxation and then move into our thought exploration. I love doing these weekly Meditations with our members. You can follow along with the guided meditation to get an idea of what we do in our member's parenting support space. We encourage parents to participate in these meditations even if you have your kids crawling all over you. Many of our parents do and they still receive profound benefit. Meditation doesn't always have to be in stillness and silence. It can integrate into our every day lives. Season 4 will be launching in two weeks!
