I'm not sure we answered who pulled the trigger, but we may have identified who did not, and who pulled the strings.

It started with him noticing the North Carolina State flag indicated the United States was founded in 1775. Not 1776. That led to the discovery of the Mecklenburg Declaration. Fleming isn't the only one who noticed this. John Adams did and called Jefferson out on this, which only fed their rivalry. Is the Declaration of Independence an act of plaigarism? What does this mean to the founding story of the United States and Jefferson's legacy? Right in time for July 4th, we explore this and related issues.

He's written two of a likely trilogy which combines aspects of science fiction and historical fiction, to tell a story that is part homage to his grandfather and part commentary of the human condition. I was listening to The Eastern Border and Kris was interviewing a guest he had collaborated with previously. I was impressed by his knowledge, demeanor and presentation. The topic was architecture and I listened about ancient architecture and immediately felt I needed this guest on GoD to explore the items I hear so often. Such as "we couldn't build the pyramids today"; "we've lost technology"; "ancient people could not build megalithic structures"; and - of course - Tartaria. Robert Grundstein was an attorney who was helping his elderly parent work through some legal issues in the civil municipal courts of Ohio. This relatively simple process led to a spiralling nightmare that led to him being declared a vexacious litigant in the State of Ohio and led to trumped up criminal charges against him. He was forced to make numerous round trips for a system that seemed unilateral and determined to break his will and bank book. The misconduct by the judiciary branch and prosecutors ultimately led to Federal intervention and numerous Court officials, including Judges and lawyers, being charged criminally. To this date, Grundstein still has not been fully restored or made whole. This is his story.

Richard re-takes his throne and it's a brighter day for Norman Saxon relations. But, is any of it true? If so, which parts are true and which are false? And how are Templars related? Archeologist, author, featured expert on "Ancient Aliens", and three time guest, Mark Olly, has the answers for us. Did I mention templars? Yeah, we get a great primer on them as well.

Michelle L.D. Hanlon is Co-Director of the Air and Space Law Program at the University of Mississippi School of Law and its Center for Air and Space Law. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Space Law, the world’s oldest law journal dedicated to the legal problems arising out of human activities in outer space and its sister publication, the Journal of Drone Law and Policy. Michelle is a Co-Founder and President of For All Moonkind, Inc., a nonprofit corporation that is the only organization in the world focused on protecting human cultural heritage in outer space. In this capacity, she was instrumental in the development of the recently enacted One Small Step Act in the United States. For All Moonkind has been recognized by the United Nations as a Permanent Observer to the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and recently launched its Institute on Space Law and Ethics. Michelle received her B.A. in Political Science from Yale College and her J.D. magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center. She earned her LLM in Air and Space Law from McGill University.

PROFESSOR ROBERT TEMPLE is author of a dozen challenging and provocative books, commencing with the international best-seller, The Sirius Mystery. His books have been translated into a total of 44 foreign languages. He combines solid academic scholarship with an ability to communicate with the mass public. He is Visiting Professor of the History and Philosophy of Science at Tsinghua University in Beijing, and previously held a similar position at an American university. For many years he was a science writer for the Sunday Times, the Guardian, and a science reporter for Time-Life, as well as a frequent reviewer for Nature and profile writer for The New Scientist. He is a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, and has been a member of the Egypt Exploration Society since the 1970s, as well as a member of numerous other academic societies. He has produced, written and presented a documentary for Channel Four and National Geographic Channels on his archaeological discoveries in Greece and Italy, and he was at one time an arts reviewer on BBC Radio 4’s ‘Kaleidoscope’. In 1993, his translation of the Babylonian Epic of Gilgamesh was performed at the Royal National Theatre in London. With his wife, Olivia, he is co-author and translator of the first complete English version of Aesop’s Fables, which attracted a great deal of international press attention at the time of its release, as the earlier translations had suppressed some of the fables because of Victorian prudery. His new book is A New Science of Heaven and it explores the blurred lines between religion and science. Dark Matter, cold star cores and Metatron are all on the agenda.

We discuss many aspects of the entertainment business, licensing, IP law, and how everything is negotiable.

Ricardo Calvario has been a student of the priesthood and a student of psychology, but he's mostly been a collector of information. He's read as much as could and watched as many documentaries as possible on the variety of subjects that intrigued him. He has an extensive collection of books and documentaries and has formulated a narrative he calls "The Helix Myth". While it's a fictional rendering, it is what he believes to be a true to myth and scripture writing of the origins of modern man. The general hypothesis is one of intelligent guidance by alien panspermiac interventions; aiding our ancestral primates leap into our present modern model. And this may not be isolated to our world. Ricardo outlines anamolies on Mars and the Moon, indicating that these celestial neighbors may have been involved. On this latter subjects, we discuss hard facts and science that beg for explanation. Today's guest is one of my new colleagues from the Space Court Foundation. He's a law student from India and we discuss Indian space law and policy, as well as his interests in space law and his policy focuses. Pankaj Mehta is a Rapporteur on the Editorial Board with the Space Court Foundation, in his final year of law at Dharmashastra National Law University in Jabalpur, India.His interests lie in space law & policy. He's studied at UNIDROIT (International Institute for the Unification of Private Law) in Rome, Italy, where he focused his research on The Cape Town Convention on International Interest in Mobile Equipment and its Associated Space Protocol. He's a member of the Space Generation Advisory Council. He's served as Editore for the Journal of Intersectional Analysisand worked with the Jindal Global Law School, researching Health Law in India. He shares the state of Indian space law and policy, He also discusses some of his particular interests and concerns regarding humanity's future in space.

Patricia (Tricia) DeGennaro is a Senior Fellow and Project Lead for the Balkans Next research initiative at Joint Special Operations University (JSOU). She came to JSOU from US Central Command’s(USCENTCOM) Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) where she was a Senior Social Scientist focused on strategic communications and influence in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.

DeGennaro holds an MBA in International Trade and Finance from George Washington University and an MPA in International Security and Conflict Resolution from Harvard University. She speaks fluent Albanian and has a basic knowledge of Italian, Arabic and Dari.

She joins us to discuss geopolitical issues throughout Europe, especially Central and Eastern Europe and Russia's invasion of Ukraine. We also discuss her ideas for forging a lasting path towards peace.

DeGennaro capitalizes on over twenty years of experience as an academic, military advisor and practitioner in international security. Much of her work focuses on the information environment, countering terrorism and violent extremism, and transitioning nations from war. She has spent considerable time in the Balkans, the Middle East and Afghanistan on information operations, security, civilian and military affairs, provincial governance, capacity building, and joint interagency, intergovernmental and multinational coordination.
During her tenure, she has consulted with USAID, Department of State, and Senior Military Officers as well as the Asia Foundation, Director of National Intelligence Office, Department of Homeland Security,The Conference Board, World Bank, Senate Labor and Human Resources Committee chaired by Senator Edward M. Kennedy, and several organizations that support the Middle East peace process. She spent four years in Albania as a Small and Medium Enterprise volunteer with the Peace Corps and, later, as an economic development consultant with US Agency for International Development.
DeGennaro has published several articles on US foreign policy and national security topics. Her focus is to encourage a grand strategy for an integrated international policy that looks beyond war and the use of force. She is often an expert commentator for CNN, MSNBC, Al Jazeera, Fox News, BBC and various nationally and internationally syndicated media outlets.

Aaron Jackson, Esquire, joins us. Among his many roles in the legal public service arena, was counsel for Space Force. Yes folks, I finally got someone to talk about Space Force. What is Space Force? How was it created? What is it's remit and mission? Is there actually any force behind Space Force? What aspects of space is it monitoring and defending against? RN Vooght re-enters the Garden to discuss his recently released book, as well as the two preceding which we'll call the Osiris Codex and Tree of Life trilogy. In candor, this was intended to be a show about Tarot, but you'll hear unedited how that never happened. However, that show will occur, as will a second edition of conversations with Vooght. We pivoted almost gracefully to comparative mytholgies focusing on the Babylonian myth and the Osiris legend. This takes us to Trigon, Leviation, Odin's Eye, the Dogon tribe of Saharan Africa. While a less structured show, this was a fun riff session involving constellations, specific stars, DMT and related mind enhancing natural substances, and the mysteries of the cosmos, possibly answered simply by reading the most conspicuous map in existence.
