STONE's Fin Power "I'd rather have no label and be able to be who we are" - EMERGENCY EPISODE!14 May 202500:19:39

STONE frontman Fin Power caused quite a stir this week when he published a message to fans via social media explaining why the band had parted company with their record label and their experience as a band.

He didn't hold back from criticising the imposed creative process, social media strategy and lack of delivery of promises made to the group that persuaded them to sign the deal in the first instance and overshadowed the release (and success) of debut album 'Fear for a Lifetime'.

You can read the statement via X here: https://x.com/STONELIVERPOOL/status/1920930114063188460

This is a fascinating interview revealing the nature of being signed to a major label providing great insight for music fans and emerging artists alike.

Billobuckers: Alright muckers... it's Billobuckers! The Leicester band are pushing aside the usual big indie bangers for the latest tune which has a touch of The Streets spoken word about it. Big tune with a big message.

The Otherness: Defying expectations of what you might assume would come out of Buenos Aires, The Otherness deliver instantly familiar, sharply crafted indie rock. Their double A‑side, ‘Now’s the Time’ and ‘Be Bop A Lucifer’, showcases two impressively accomplished sides of their musical identity.

The NSO: Arctic Monkeys meets Dr Dre anyone? The NSO have a trademark Yorkshire sound with a New York groove! Infectious tunes are the result.
