This week, I made my way back to round 2 of my local fighting game scene for another session of swift humbling, and Tristan learns his Lefts and Rights.
Tristan opens up with some Terror and Yearning, which is truly the Berserk of Dark Souls of games. We're also both getting married to Matrimelee.
I go on a Bethesda shopping spree with fake money, one company dies so another may live, and I play more video games than I ever have in my life. This is Frame Perfect!

This week, the boys get a true taste of their local fighting game scene. Tristan and I both made our way to meetups, and while Tristan is quickly establishing himself as the Tekken king, my experience was more...character building.
I'm all in on Final Fantasy XIV this week as the addiction takes hold, we've got a few stories to tell, and I somehow find a way to turn a date into an FGC match.

This week, we all Evolved for EVO 2024, the biggest fighting game tournament in the world. We're talking about all the juicy announcements, the tightest plays we saw, and all things fighting games. We played some Guilty Gear, some Tekken, and some Street Fighter 6 to get us into the EVO mindset, with varying degrees of success. Tristan's going pro with his Azucena, whereas I'm a Slayer main now.
