This message, Guardians of the Garden, reminds us that being planted in the house of the Lord isn’t just about being present—it’s about being protected, positioned, and purposed.

In Psalm 92, we’re told that those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish. But like Nehemiah and the builders of Jerusalem’s wall, there are times when flourishing requires fighting—guarding what God has called us to build.

Nehemiah’s story shows us how the people prayed, posted guards, and worked with a weapon in one hand and a tool in the other. Every believer has a role to play in protecting the garden—our homes, our families, our ministries, and our hearts—from anything that threatens God’s purpose.

Through this teaching, we’re reminded:
🌿 Unity is vital—every part of the body matters (1 Corinthians 12:18–21).
🌿 We must stay discerning, guarding against deception (Matthew 7:15–20).
🌿 We must hold onto truth, even when others drift from it (2 Timothy 4:3–5).
🌿 And above all, we find peace and strength when we pray and let God guard our hearts (Philippians 4:6–7).

Today was nothing short of supernatural at Forward City! On this powerful Jordan Sunday — our Baptism Sunday — over 40 people publicly declared their faith in Jesus through water baptism! 🌊🙌

Pastor Travis Greene delivered a prophetic message titled “The Devil Will Pay for This,” reminding us that no attack, setback, or storm from the enemy can stop the purpose of God. If you’ve been through loss, pain, or spiritual warfare — this word is for YOU.


📖 Scripture References:

Job 1:6–12 – Satan roams the earth seeking to test the faithful.
Job 42:10 – God restored Job and gave him double for his trouble.
Galatians 6:9 – Don’t grow weary in well-doing; your due season is coming.
Colossians 2:15 – Jesus disarmed the enemy and triumphed through the cross.
Matthew 16:19 – We have the keys of the Kingdom to bind and loose on earth.
Revelation 1:18 – Jesus holds the keys of hell and death.
Job 23:10 – “When He tests me, I will come out as pure as gold.”

1 John 1:9 – But if we confess, God is faithful to forgive and cleanse.


🔁 3 Reasons Why Things Happen in Your Life

1️⃣ God did it – Sometimes God allows tests to refine and promote you.
2️⃣ You did it – Personal decisions or sin can create consequences.
3️⃣ The devil did it – But even then, God is still in control.


📍 No matter the source of your struggle, God will use it for your good and His glory. Like Job, you may be tested — but restoration is coming. The enemy may have hit you, but he will PAY for it.

IT’S TIME TO BE GREAT | Sermon on Luke 19:1-6

We live in a world where greatness is often measured by status, power, and how high you can climb—but Jesus flips that idea completely. In this eye-opening and soul-stirring message, we look at the story of Zacchaeus in Luke 19:1-6 and uncover the truth: God’s definition of greatness isn't about going up, it's about coming down.

Zacchaeus was a rich, successful man, but still searching for something more. When he heard Jesus was passing by, he climbed a tree to get a glimpse—but what changed his life was Jesus calling him by name and inviting him to come down.
