Season 1 · Episode 22

mercredi 8 avril 2020Duration 50:10

In these weird and unsettling times (#coronavirus #socialdistancing #quarantine) we sit down to have a helpful yet light hearted convo about how to cope! We are by no means experts in this area but we are all in this together and wanted to reiterate that! We share how we have been dealing with our own mental health and share our top tips in regards to staying sane whilst isolating at home!

In this episode we share what we’re doing, what we find comforting and what series were watching on TV / Netflix.

We’re all in this together!

And YES, we DID in fact FaceTime at 7am on Monday morning to start the week with some movement!

What the Fork is an Instagram Fiance? Ft. Ash Goodwin

Season 1 · Episode 21

mercredi 1 avril 2020Duration 56:06

Today we sit down with Sophie’s fiancé, Ash, to discuss his perspective on wellness and his relationship with food. Prior to meeting Sophie, Ash was a competitive body builder and admits to “mainly eating boiled chicken, broccoli, and brown rice”, while spending 12-14 hours in the gym per week!

We discussed the mental and physical repercussions of training for “the stage” and how Ash’s views on food and nutrition have shifted.

Discussing the repercussions of dieting from a male perspective, is one of our most interesting conversations yet!
