Could it be? Really? Two episodes in a ROW?? Your eyes and ears do not deceive you friends, we are so excited to welcome you back to another eppy of the FB&W podcast! Rach tells a tale of Josh and his baby-proofing, as well as his offensive, cringe t-shirts that he believes are satire. The girls get into how the past 7 months affected their friendship, and they get into some of Rach's weird friendship trauma. Can anyone else relate?? Rach talks more about her motherhood and obsession with Elsie, and roasts herself for who she was when she was pregnant. The girls huddle up realllll close this episode in order to work around yet another technical difficulty! 2023 is the year of CHANGE. Jess got the keys to her new house, Rach has a run-in with "free-will", and the girls bond over their individual neighborhoods character. What is life without a few gunshots and SWAT team raids?? Jess jumps into a reflection on 2022 - not for her personally, because we all know that was a shit show, but for the world in general. Inflation... egg costs are on the RISE, and Rach goes on quite a long egg-rant #egggirlsriseup?? Abortion bans, War in Ukraine, and a bunch of other bullshit really helps solidify that 2022 was not all it was cracked up to be. Rach gives her pop culture predictions for 2023 (is she becoming more relevant??) Some of them *might* be manifesting... we ALL need a new Olivia Rodrigo album in 2023, okay?! Jess brings us home with some of her hopes for this year, and positive changes she wants to make. Rach... well she's just hoping to survive in her first year of motherhood. Overall this is a pretty lighthearted episode that will hopefully put you in the right mood to make 2023 a wonderful year for CHANGE.

Happy Honda Days and Merry Toyotathon to all! We hope all our pod friends had a better holidays than we did. Also heads up for some slight mic malfunctions throughout this episode... 2022 Year Of Bullshit is really putting us through the ringer. Rach tells the (very long) story of her adventure of getting her car totaled on Christmas Eve and being monitored at the hospital for 24 hours. (Everyone is okay!) Ya girl is now 34 weeks pregnant and its clear that Elsie will be making her way into the world soon!

Welcome to a sneaky surprise episode in honor of Rach's 29th birthday! The girls kick off with some New Girl banter (TWENNY-NINE), Rachel share's her father's age once again, and Jess tells a haunting story from her dog, Pickle. The winter's load is about to arrive and the Rosche-Pridemore is getting prepared. Jess has a chronic case of itchy leg syndrome and is looking for a cure so shout a girl out if you have any recs. An un-checked cat fact gets leaked on the pod, and we will let you decide what you want to believe. 

The meat for this episode is the 29 things Rach wants her daughter to know before she turns 29. It's a big episode of reflection and going into some heavy topics that has led Rach to where she is today. We hope you enjoy the rare sighting of an internally reflective and emotional Rach! JESS IS BACK BABY! The girls are LIVE from Elsie's nursery, and start off hot with some pregnancy updates. Head to the YouTube if you want Rach's 30 week bump date! Jess is settling into a new reality, and although she isn't ready to share all that's she's been going through the past 2 months, she does share some really exciting and fun updates for the Cartellone-McAleese fam. The girls have a nice Thanksgiving chat (GBC crew rise up!!), and are truly ready to label themselves Thanksgiving food stans. 

Jess and Rach give you a little career/wedding talks, which quickly turns into a bit of TMI about their nether regions. Surprise! Jeri from Ladies and Tangents is back to play the catch-up game with Rach while Jess is away! The girls start off strong with dog middle names and some cat talk. Did Jeri almost die due to dander over exposure while at Rach's house? Maybe. Miss us?! As promised, we are back at it again with your monthly FB+W content. Jess and Rach are coming at ya live from Jess's house with some Olive and Pickle interruptions. No matter how many times Rachel calls this the July recap - ignore her, it's the August recap. The pregnancy brain is very real. The girls start off with some menzies talk and some fall reflections.
