5: Scottish Honey - Liz & Ewan Campbell

In this episode, I’m joined by Liz and Ewan, from Udny Provender. A company based in Aberdeenshire in north east Scotland, near to the village of Methlick. 

Liz and Ewan have a very productive small holding as well as a number of bee hives, from which they collect and sell some very tasty honey.  

I was keen to learn more about their business, their bees and the best way to use honey.

Cold-pressed rapeseed oil is a heart healthy oil with less than half the saturated fat compared to olive oil.
