It's finally time! After 6 long seasons of polar bears, hatches, dynamite, shipwrecks, smoke monsters, sonic fences, freighters, cages, time flashes, and Nikki and Paulo... we are finally at The End. Join us for a bumper length discussion of Lost's epic finale.

It's a packed episode as we rocket towards the finale. This week we bid a fond farewell to Danielle, a chilling cheerio to Charles, and a satisfied see-ya to Zoe. One week to go!

We finally tackle one of Lost's most infamous episodes, as the backstory to the show's two most vital characters - Zoe and Paulo - is revealed. Just kidding. Jay and Andy head back thousands of years to discuss the story of backgammon, betrayal and bonks on the head.

Guys, where are we? The answer, Charlie, is Tenerife. At last we're exploring our favourite ageless Other as the answers start coming thick and fast, and Andy and Jay find themselves struggling not to gush. It's a good one, guys.

This week it's CSI: Sideways as Detectives Ford and Straume solve such mysteries as: who's that woman trying to commit murder without a weapon in front of dozens? Who's that dreadful liar with a bunch of bodies? And most importantly, who stole the plot?

Jay and Andy have a lot positive to say about this Ben-centric episode, Season 6 is finally starting to pick up steam!

This week we have Sayid's final flashback, and we all know how much of a barrel of laughs they are! The boys also make a shocking connection between LOST and a terrible movie that leaves them stunned.

Claire properly returns this week and has gone through some... changes? Outside of that it's a big episode of Jacob answers and Dad Jack.

Jay and Andy chat about a good episode this week but still manage to get sidetracked talking about heavy metal songs and workplace law.
