Ep. 53: Endo, IVF, and a Rainbow Baby: Abby's Story09 Oct 202601:02:21

In this episode, I sit down with my client Abby to talk through her journey with endometriosis, including all the complications that comes with it, and the road through IVF that followed.

Abby welcomed her baby last year, and we are now preparing for baby number two.

I hope you take comfort from this, realise you're not alone and the path to parenthood is never linear.

Ep. 51: You're eating well. So why isn't it working?18 May 202600:09:30

If you've overhauled your diet, cut the alcohol, added the supplements, and you're still not seeing the results you should, this episode is for you.

In this episode we cover:

  • Why the Mediterranean diet is the floor, not the ceiling
  • The specific drivers of poor ovulation that diet alone won't address - thyroid conversion, prolactin, LH pulsatility
  • What's actually happening at a cellular level when egg quality is poor, and why CoQ10 at a therapeutic dose matters
  • The multiple threads to investigate after a failed transfer - lining, immune response, cortisol, gut health, and sperm DNA fragmentation
  • Why doing everything right and still not seeing results is not a failure, it's information

If this episode resonates, the link below is where to start. I work one-to-one with women navigating IVF prep, egg freezing, natural conception, PCOS, and endometriosis.

This episode is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always discuss your individual history with a qualified fertility practitioner.

Ep. 51: Coming off the pill: What you need to know11 May 202600:11:22

You came off the pill after years, maybe to try for a baby, maybe just to give your body a break. And then everything changed.

Your cycles went all over the place. Your skin broke out. Your mood shifted. You felt like your body was a stranger.

You were probably told it was normal. That it would settle. That it just takes time. Sometimes that’s true. But often, what’s happening is that the pill was masking a hormonal picture that was always there, and the symptoms you were put on it for in the first place are now visible again. The acne, thepainful periods, the irregular cycles. They weren’t fixed. They were suppressed.

In this episode I’m talking about what the pill actually does toyour hormones, what it masks, and, most importantly, exactly what I’d recommend doing in the first few months after coming off it.

Ep. 50: From failed cycles to 20 weeks pregnant. A client success story23 Mar 202600:51:57

This episode is a special one. I’m joined by one of my clients to talk about her IVF journey and what it was really like navigating fertility treatment.

I wanted to share this conversation because fertility journeys rarely go exactly to plan. They often involve cancelled cycles, failed transfers, emotional highs and lows… and a lot of resilience.

Her journey in particular was a rollercoaster, and she had difficulty producing mature eggs, a cancelled transfer,a failed transfer, and some really challenging moments.

But today she’s 20 weeks pregnant.

I think hearing real stories like this can be incredibly powerful, and I hope you find some comfort in her story.

Today’s episode is a little different from my usual ones.

I’ve invited one of my clients onto the podcast to talk about her IVFjourney and what it was really like navigating fertility treatment.

I wanted to share this conversation because fertility journeys rarely goexactly to plan.

They often involve cancelled cycles, failed transfers, emotional highs andlows… and a lot of resilience.

Her journey included difficulty producing mature eggs, a cancelled transfer,a failed transfer, and some really challenging moments.

But today she’s 20 weeks pregnant.

I think hearing real stories like this can be incredibly powerful for womencurrently navigating IVF.

Then introduce her.

Ep.49: Book the holiday: Why you shouldn’t put your life on hold when TTC27 Feb 202600:05:24

IVF has a way of quietly shrinking your world.

Trips get postponed. Plans get cancelled.

You almost feel guilty for having any fun.

Joy gets delayed “just in case.”

In this episode, I talk about something I tell myclients often: don’t put your life on pause while you’re trying to conceive.

Ep. 48: When effort doesn't equal results19 Feb 202600:05:30

Many high-achieving women are used to effort producing results, but fertility doesn’t always work that way.

In this episode, I explore why doing everything 'rght' can still leave you feeling stuck, how over-optimising can increase pressure rather than progress, and why fertility often responds better to precision, prioritisation, and patience.

Because sometimes the real shift isn’t doing more, it’s focusing on what truly matters and allowing time for the body to respond.

Ep. 47: Work update 12 Feb 202600:05:57

In this episode, I'm sharing why I'm finally creating my first in-depth fertility course and why it’s taken years to get here.

This episode is for anyone trying to conceive, preparing for IVF or egg freezing, or feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice and looking for credible guidance.

Ep. 46: Why you need to prep for 3 months06 Feb 202600:10:40

Preparing for conception or IVF doesn’t start whenmedication starts,  it starts monthsbefore.

In this episode, I break down what truly matters inthe three months leading up to IVF, egg freezing, or trying to conceive, why somany women are never told this, and where fertility testing can (andcan’t) be helpful.

We talk about the 90-day egg lifecycle, the role ofinflammation, digestion, stress and sleep, and why IVF doesn’t override eggquality.

Ep. 45: What you need to know about your menstrual cycle 29 Jan 202600:22:02

Most of us were taught one thing about our periods: You bleed once a month, and don’t get pregnant.

But your menstrual cycle is so much more than that.

In this episode, I’m breaking down what your cycleis actually telling you about your health, hormones, and futurefertility. We'll cover what a healthy cycle looks like, and key red flags to watch over.

If you’ve ever felt confused by your cycle, dismissed by healthcare, or disconnected from your body, this episode is for you.

Ep. 44: Why you can still feel awful when your bloods have come back as normal.23 Jan 202600:07:38

Your blood tests can be 'normal 'and still explain exactly why you feel awful.

In this episode, I break down one of the biggestgaps in women’s health and fertility care: the difference between normal and optimal blood results, and why that distinction matters for your wellbeing and fertility.

Ep. 43: What I'm leaving behind in 202512 Jan 202600:08:05

We are well into the swing of Janurary, and it’s easy to focus on goals, plans, and resolutions.
But real growth often starts with a different question: what are you ready to leave behind?

In this episode, I’m sharing what I’m consciouslynot carrying into the new year, from negative energy drainers and complacency, to 6/10 living and quiet negativity, and what I’m choosing instead.

I hope this reflective conversation aboutintention and energy, helps you to self reflect, and spend the year feeling lighter, clearer, and fully all-in.

Perfect listening if you’re in a reflective moodand want to reset without pressure.

Ep. 42: Ovulation: The fertility marker you need to track05 Dec 202500:10:06

Many women track their period, but very fewtrack the one thing that actually determines fertility: ovulation.

In this episode, I break down:

  • Why ovulation matters more than your period
  • Why you can have a regular cycle and still not ovulate
  • Exactly how to confirm ovulation (hint: not day 21 bloods)
  • What stops ovulation from happening
  • The steps I’d take to regulate my ovulation naturally
  • How to support thyroid, insulin, progesterone & nervous system health

Whether you’re trying naturally, preparing for IVF, or simply want to understand your body better, this episode will change the way you see your cycle forever.

Ep. 41: How do you know when it’s time to move to IVF?24 Nov 202500:06:59

Ep. 40: The AutoPilot Method: How to stay on track when life gets busy 13 Nov 202500:09:10

We don’t lose progress on the easy weeks , we loseit on the busy ones.

In this episode, I’m sharing how to stay consistentwhen life feels chaotic, without relying on motivation.
You’ll learn:

  • How to create systems for your “messy” weeks
  • Why sleep and structure make every other choice easier
  • Why choose your hard” is the mindset shift that changes everything

If you’re ready to stop starting over every Monday, this one’s for you.

Ep. 39: Vaping and fertility: The conversation no one wants to have (but we need to)31 Oct 202500:09:02

If your partner vapes, or you do, this episode isfor you.
We’re talking about something that’s become way too common in fertility prep: vaping.

You might think it’s 'healthier than smoking,' BUT, it’s not fertility-safe.
And if you’re doing IVF, egg freezing, or trying naturally, this could be the one habit quietly undoing all your hard work.

In this episode, I break down:
• Why vaping impacts sperm quality, egg health, and implantation
• The uncomfortable truth about how this often plays out in couples.
• What to do instead, and how long it takes to reset your body

This one is slightly uncomfortable, but exactly what you need to hear if you’re serious about success.

Ep. 38: Should you freeze your eggs? 24 Oct 202500:08:25

In this episode, we are taking a dive into eggfreezing, the science, the strategy, the emotional complexities and mindset behind taking control of your fertility timeline.

This is what every woman should know beforedeciding if egg freezing is right for her.

  • This episode is for you if:
→ You’re 30–40 and not sure if/when you want children
→ You’re curious about egg freezing but feel overwhelmed by where to start
→ You want to make empowered, informed decisions, not fear-based ones

  • Ep. 37: Why IVF fails (and what you can actually do about it)17 Oct 202500:10:37

You can do everything right, take the meds, follow the plan, show up to every scan, and still walk away from IVF with nothing to show for it. No embryos. No answers. Just heartbreak.

In this episode, I break down why IVF sometimes doesn’t work, and what you can actually do about it. From egg andsperm quality, to lining development, hormone timing, and inflammation, we’re going beyond “bad luck” to uncover the real, fixable factors that affect IVF success.

This isn’t another “stay positive” pep talk. It’s adata-driven, compassionate look at what might be happening beneath the surface, and the steps I take with my clients to help them prepare for their next round with strategy, not guesswork.

Because IVF success isn’t about luck, it’s aboutclarity, nourishment, and a body that feels safe enough to receive.

    You’ll Learn:

    ·      The five most common reasons IVF fails, andhow to identify them

    ·      Why egg and sperm quality matter more than numbers

    ·      The test your clinic might not mention: sperm DNAfragmentation

    ·      How inflammation, thyroid, and blood flow canaffect lining and implantation

    ·      Why mindset and nervous system support aren’t“extras” - they’re essential for success

    ·      What I do with clients before a new cycle torebuild, rebalance, and reset

    Ep. 36: If I had a thin lining before transfer, here’s exactly what I’d do10 Oct 202500:10:19

In this episode, I share my step-by-step approachto improving uterine lining health before IVF or embryo transfer, including testing, nutrition, stress management, and how to understand the hormonal balance between estrogen and progesterone.

    You’ll learn:
    1. Why “thin lining” is a symptom, not a diagnosis
    2. The key difference between estrogen-building and progesterone-supportingphases

    3. How movement, blood flow, and red light therapy can make a real difference
    4. The nutrients most women miss (and why supplements aren’t always absorbedproperly)
    5. Why stress, sleep, and emotional regulation are as critical as medication

    My biggest takeaway:

Your body isn’t failing you. It’s giving you information.
When you listen to it, and address the why, that’s when everything changes.

Ep.35: The reality of being in your 40s: Why habits matter more than motivation03 Oct 202500:09:28

The reality of being in your 40s? Some weeks just feel harder.

Last week, I felt like I was wading through mud. Motivation dipped. Training didn’t give me the usual high. Even simple tasks took forever.

And honestly, I could have spiralled. Because when you’re exhausted and a little sad, it’s so tempting to reach for sugar, skip movement, or eat all the carbs for a quick dopamine hit.

But instead, I leaned on my non-negotiables: training, sleep, morning movement, and balanced meals. By Thursday, the clouds lifted and I felt like myself again. Most importantly, I wasn’t starting again from 3 steps behind.

✨ That’s the power of habits. They carry you through when motivation disappears.

    In this episode, I’m sharing:

    • Why dips in energy and motivation are normal in your 40s

    • Real-life strategies for staying consistent when life feels heavy

    • How to set non-negotiables that stop you from constantly “starting over”

    • Why habits > motivation (always)

If you’re tired of feeling stuck and want to reset before the end of the year, I’ve opened 5 October coaching spots. DM me RESET on Instagram if you’re ready.

Ep. 34: Surviving Summer vs thriving in October: Why now is the time to reset26 Sep 202500:08:18

Summer survival mode is over, now it’s time toreset.

In this episode, I’m sharing why October is the BEST time to lock in structure, accountability, and results before the year runs away from you (yes, the C word is coming 👀).

I’ll share my own summer story, the plan I’mfollowing for myself, and why I’m opening 5 exclusive coaching spots for women who are ready to feel strong, confident, and in control again.

If you’ve been telling yourself , 'I’ll start nextweek,' this episode is your wake-up call.

Ep.33: GLP-1s, fertility & IVF prep: What you really need to know17 Sep 202500:09:58

GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro are everywhere right now. They’re marketed as miracle weight loss tools, and for many women they do deliver results on the scale.

But here’s the question no one is asking: What do these drugs mean for your fertility?

In this episode, I break down exactly what you need to know if you’re using a GLP-1 while preparing for IVF, egg freezing, or trying to conceive naturally.

    We’ll talk about:

    ·  Why weight loss does not equal fertility readiness

    ·   The most common nutrient deficiencies I see on GLP-1s (and how they affect egg quality, lining, and implantation)

    · Practical strategies to stay nourished when your appetite is low

    · Why muscle preservation and strength training are non negotiable

    ·  How to plan for IVF if your clinic requires you to stop the medication.

GLP-1s can be a useful tool, but they’re not the full solution. Fertility success requires fuel, nourishment, and strategy beyond the scale.

If you’re preparing for IVF or egg freezing and you’re currently on a GLP-1, this episode is essential listening.

    • Make space for you when the kids are home 24/7

    • Keep your training, nutrition and work goals on track
