Jazz is a North London mum of three, whose journey into babywearing began during the challenging early days of motherhood. Navigating life with a baby who never seemed happy unless being held, she discovered the connection and freedom that babywearing could bring and it changed everything.



Now a trained babywearing consultant and founder of Camden Babywearing, Jazz is passionate about making slings and carriers accessible to all families. She also volunteers with Mel who runs Wrap a Hug Sling Library, in east London where her love for supporting parents truly began. Jazz’s mission is simple, to help others find comfort, confidence, and connection through babywearing.

In today’s episode our guest is Shivaun McCullough, whom I invited to talk to us about career change, what can be the challenges and practical tips to help you make the changes happen.


Shivaun is a leadership & life coach, a certified Career Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner and a facilitator. She works with organisations as well as private individuals around career change or other change that people want. She designs and run leadership programmes and coaches teams and individuals too. For decades before that she was a communications Strategist and worked with a raft of well known blue-chip multinationals including John Lewis, Citibank, Microsoft and Lloyds Banking Group. She said that throughout these 2 phases of her career, the red thread was the people. That always been the reasons she was motivated to go to work. Shivaun lives in Kentish town with her husband. Beyond work, she can be spotted out on her bike, dipping in the pond or sitting creating at her sewing machine.

Coral is the founder of The Coral's Reef, a platform to help others with endometriosis and adenomyosis take greater ownership by sharing her journey and holistic approach to managing chronic women’s diseases. Through her own transformative experience of dramatically improving her quality of life, she distills key scientific insights, life-changing hacks, and critical resources to help others navigate their journey. The platform is for those living with these chronic conditions, or simply curious to learn more.


Having faced the isolation and information gaps that often come with chronic illness, Coral set out to be part of the solution. She’s dedicated thousands of hours to better understanding endometriosis and adenomyosis—diving into scientific research, meeting with top medical professionals, taking health science classes, and experimenting with alternative approaches. With over 20 years of living a deeply holistic lifestyle and her proverbial 10,000+ hours in health and wellness, she brings her informed, compassionate, and practical perspective to help others own their condition before it owns them.

Coral hails from the tech sector - having launched digital products, and founded software organizations in London and Toronto, most recently in Generative AI. She grew her first business across Ireland by equipping thousands of women access careers in the tech sector and making strides in gender equity. Previously, she led digital innovation at Accenture's global innovation lab and began her career as a research analyst for Canada’s foreign office.

Coral is a Hansard Scholar, and holds a MSc from the London School of Economics and an Honours BSc. from the University of Ottawa. She is the proud recipient of the Advocate of the Year by Women in IT and the Women of Influence by Irish Women's Award. When she’s not busy driving change, Coral can be found fermenting sauerkraut, shaping pottery vases, or tending to her veggie garden.

Lynn supports women through an embodied approach that includes awareness not only of our physical body but also our emotional, spiritual & mental wellbeing as each element affects the others.

Emily Hughes is a Conscious Parenting Coach and founder of Finding Flow Parenting. She works with parents (1:1 and with co-parents) who feel stuck in frustration, overwhelm and conflict to find more ease and flow in family life. She empowers parents to stay centred and grounded, to improve their communication skills, emotional intelligence and peaceful boundary setting skills. She also helps parents to do the deeper work to unearth patterns and limiting beliefs that are keeping them stuck.

Also trained in Somatics, Emily is a big believer in brain body parenting and parenting in tune with all the nervous systems in the household.
