rani is back and this time they didn't forget to write her a character! (un)?fortunately her character is even more "wife" than rin was. most of the chapter is still clearly in the mode of setting up for the main focus of the game, and while rani has some funny moments it's far from the best ccc has to offer. oh, and we (the one's who didn't know already, at least) find out the pink lancer's name. at least late spring was a banger. next time, we'll be covering ccc chapter 3. or, that's what you'd expect. instead we're covering a bunch of games from the toxic yuri jam. no yuri teatime because that's basically the entire episode. and i'm not going to include a full list because we cover almost 50 games, stay tuned next week and play some toxic yuri games yourself! i'd recommend moth x flame, personally. featuring co-hosts Benn Ends (@bennends.itch.io) and fen (@fenic.moe). support the show and get access to bonus episodes: https://www.patreon.com/cryingrules link to the fate/moon archive new and improved schedule: http://moonarchive.art/schedule section timestamps: list of non type-moon works referenced this episode carries content warnings for discussions of blood, wifes, heterosexuality, etc; you know the drill. email us at cryingrulesactually@gmail.com with questions, comments, and compliments. cover art by Benn Ends, intro music by Benn Ends, remaining music from works covered.

as i look up at the end sky i can't help but think about how we got here. too many dead, and for what? benn's ego? i'd figured out how we'd gotten here, that part was easy, but the why eluded me still. why had so many followed her, why couldn't i do anything to help, why couldn't i stop her. why. this time on fate/moon archive: down the rabbit hole ii; the yuri sex comedy has come to an end as it's time for yuki to investigate what's happening at school with all these spooky incidents. then we continue our fate apocrypha journey where p-chan becomes a real boy, a 15th servant is summoned, and probably a third event. we read half the book, surely a third thing happened right? ah, nope, just those two it seems. next time, we'll be covering the prologue and chapter 1 of fate/apocrypha volume 2 and episode 5 of the anime. for yuri teatime we'll be continuing subahibi with the first half-ish of it's my own invention, up to the end of day 16. featuring co-hosts Benn Ends (@bennends.itch.io) and fen (@fenic.moe). guest featuring chris. support the show and get access to bonus episodes: https://www.patreon.com/cryingrules link to moon archive schedule masterlist: http://moonarchive.art/schedule section timestamps: list of non type-moon works referenced this episode carries content warnings for discussions of cults, murder, suicide, gore, death, and mamiya takuji. email us at cryingrulesactually@gmail.com with questions, comments, and compliments. cover art by Benn Ends, intro music by Benn Ends, remaining music from works covered.

each morning i wake up, do my morning exercises, and eat breakfast. each evening i eat dinner and lay down to sleep. i don't mind this simple routine. or, didn't. i had the time between to fill with work, chatting with friends, flirting with the nurse, and reading. but now... ever since i started reading her journal... i feel myself ever more trapped by routine. stifled by the world that has been constructed for me. lonely. i want to see them again. i want to see my cohost one last time. to say goodbye? to settle my feelings. to confirm that there's no way that i could be happy in a world that lacks their warmth, in a world that was so clearly created by their imagination that i can feel it in every hallway, in every tree, in every person i talk to, but that is lacking their presence even so. it's almost time to say goodbye, dear listener. but not quite yet. let us play in this world a little longer. next time, we'll be covering the remainder of seabed. for yuri teatime we'll be doing the the 2023 visual novel lilja and natsuka: painting lies. featuring co-hosts Benn Ends (@bennends.itch.io) and fen (@fenic.moe). support the show and get access to bonus episodes: https://www.patreon.com/cryingrules link to moon archive schedule masterlist: http://moonarchive.art/schedule section timestamps: list of non type-moon works referenced this episode carries content warnings for discussions of child abuse, grooming, heteropatriarchy, age gap relationships, and goodbyes. email us at cryingrulesactually@gmail.com with questions, comments, and compliments. cover art by Benn Ends, intro music by Benn Ends, remaining music from works covered.

Hello dear listeners. I know you're here to hear about the rest of Seabed. It's just. Lately I find myself thinking about my old cohost and partner, from whom I've been separated for several years now. To be honest, I don't clearly remember what lead to the breakup. But I feel a strange longing in my heart, and pain in my skull, when I think back on the face fae made on that day. Ah. I'm sorry, I'm tearing up a bit. But it will be okay. I've moved on. Seabed is going to take a few more episodes, but we'll be covering chapters 1-3 and all the unlocked Tips today, as well Everlasting Flowers for Yuri Teatime. It may be difficult at times, but I have my wonderful guest hosts to help me get through the coming episodes. If only each of them didn't remind me of faer in their own way, more and more each day… Next time we'll be covering Seabed chapters 4-6, as well as SPY INTRIGUE (available on IFDB) for Yuri Teatime. our main writer, who was also the most important person in my life, has been dead for a couple of years. the podcasts we recorded together, the feeling of their presence in this apartment, the sound of their voice as we walked together. i've come to terms with the fact that it's all been a hallucination, a way to deal with the grief of losing someone so close to me so suddenly. even knowing she's a hallucination though, something my own mind has made up, i don't want to say goodbye. not quite yet. so please indulge me dear reader if the podcast continues a bit longer. next time, we'll be covering the remainder of seabed; just the main game, not the audio novels. featuring co-hosts Benn Ends (@bennends.itch.io) and fen (@fenic.moe). support the show and get access to bonus episodes: https://www.patreon.com/cryingrules link to moon archive schedule masterlist: http://moonarchive.art/schedule SECTION TIMESTAMPS: LIST OF NON TYPE-MOON WORKS REFERENCED this episode carries content warnings for discussions of death, grief, and psychoanalysis. email us at cryingrulesactually@gmail.com with questions, comments, and compliments. cover art by Benn Ends, intro music by Benn Ends, remaining music from works covered.

our main writer is alive and well, but is fighting off a hoard of challengers for her golden badge and the 8th rank it comes with. what's that? you didn't know she was a marital arts genius? neither did i, but apparently removing their glasses lets them unleash their martial prowess. they were trying to hide it, but now that the proverbial cat is out of the proverbial bag there's an endless stream of contenders seeking to test their strength. oh, looks like saber just showed up, better wrap this up so i can go watch that fight. hana no miyako sucks. at least we have cleo from 5 to 7 to be positive about. next time, we’ll be covering a lot of things. the time has come for the legendary 24 hour podcast. featuring co-hosts Benn Ends (@bennends.itch.io) and fen (@fenic.moe). support the show and get access to bonus episodes: https://www.patreon.com/cryingrules link to moon archive schedule masterlist: http://moonarchive.art/schedule SECTION TIMESTAMPS: LIST OF NON TYPE-MOON WORKS REFERENCED this episode carries content warnings for discussions of transphobia, death, cancer, horses, and martial arts. email us at cryingrulesactually@gmail.com with questions, comments, and compliments. cover art by Benn Ends, intro music by Benn Ends, remaining music from works covered.

sorry, dear listener for the quality of our episode descriptions recently. our main writer got trapped in a bottle at the end of this episode and i overheard a couple of witches debating what to do with them. hopefully she gets let out and we're able to podcast this weekend... but, in the meantime, we were barely able to get this episode recorded where we talk about things such as: was revue starlight ever good???
