Which is also the name of his new book titled Disaster Proof - Scenario Planning for a Post-Pandemic World.

In part one of this interview, Lance told us about a critical turning point in his life when one of his teachers told him he'd never make anything in his life. He chose to use that as an activation point which led him into being a highly in demand strategic partner around the world. Lance shared what scenario planning is and the mental traps that put your organization at risk.

Bant fought the pressure to become a lawyer so he could pursue his passion which led him to a long career in marketing and advertising before self-diagnosing what he calls 'entrepreneurs disease', which ultimately led him to leaving the corporate world as an employee and building Qnary, which was named one of Inc. Magazine's fastest growing companies.
