First, we would like to offer a HUGE thank you to our friend April "Royal Hawaiian" Hom who came up with the concept for tonight's show. Two weeks ago the country of Japan as well as the wrestling world was set on its collective ear when Hana Kimura, a popular wrestler with Japan's Stardom promotion who also starred in the Japanese Netflix reality show Terrace House commited suicide as a result of cyberbullying. She was only 22 years old. In the aftermath of her death both parties in Japan's Diet legislature are hard at work crafting an anti cyberbullying bill to try and stop these tragedies from happening again. This really hit one of April's good friends, the head of the Minnesota Wrestling Hall Of Fame, Carol Castle. Carol's son, a firefighter, committed suicide. Now Carol already had a suicide prevention program aimed at first responders, but the Hana Kimura case got her to realize wrestlers go through depression and even bullying. Through the Minnesota Wrestling Hall Of Fame,https://minnesotawrestlinghalloffame.com/wrestling-for-life/ she had created the Life Coin program. Carol will explain what the Life Coin program is and how it can help potentially save someone's life. We will also welcome back Cheryl "Lightning" Rusa and for their first appearances with us, Camen Wickert, who under the name Envy was one half of Soul Patrol and also appeared on POWW as Lady Soul & Essence. We were supposed be joined by Ku'uipo Siler, who was Little Feather on GLOW, whose father committed suicide, but as of now she is headed to the hospital for the birth of her first grandchild. Congratulations. We will try to make sure we add some light moments but we want to make sure this very important subject is not only addressed, but if anyone needs any help, we urge you to call in.

It is very rare to be able to talk to an ECW original. It's even more rare when by original, we mean when ECW meant EASTERN Championship Wrestling. Tonight, we have the honor of interviewing one of those originals, Tommy Cairo. Tommy, like many wrestlers, started out as a bodybuilder. We'll talk about his competitive bodybuilding days and when and how he transitioned from bodybuilder to wrestler. While Tommy is probably most well known to ECW fans for his programs with The Sandman, which also involved Sandman's wife Lori Fullington he also worked quite a bit in Japan, including the almost mythical wrestling-shootfight promotion UWFI. We also have several surprise guests who will be making appearances during the evening. Steve, Katie and Sean are honored to have this wrestling icon joining us and we hope you will enjoy him.

Friday night, Stardom wrestler and Netflix star Hana Kimura took her own life because of cyberbullying.  Today, video from another "podcaster" making some DISGUSTING comments about another female wrestling star went viral, and he is now trying to paint HIMSELF as the "victim" because he is getting DESTROYED on social media by fans and wrestlers alike. Tonight, Steve & Sean are calling for an END to cyberbullying, no matter the fame of the person.

This has been another horrible week in our business. Sunday afternoon reports surfaced that Cryme Time member Shad Gaspard was missing after a swimming mishap where he was carried by an undertow into the Pacific Ocean. On Monday women's wrestling legend Olga Martinez passed away. Tuesday night we all watched an emotional season finale of Dark Side Of The Ring which covered the late Owen Hart that had us crying throughout the hour. Wednesday morning we got the news we all feared when Shad Gaspard's body washed ashore in Venice, Ca. Tonight we will pay tribute to Shad and talk about the situations involving the accident that took Owen from us. We'll also talk about ideas that we have been knocking around that we feel would be good subject matter for next season. Lest we forget because of all the other situations happening in the world and in wrestling AEW does have their Double Or Nothing pay per view scheduled for this Saturday night. Last night was their go home show which aired live and quite a few things happened that were not good, two of which could alter matches for Saturday, including the main event. A week ago former RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch relinquished the title when she announced she was pregnant. Well Jim Cornette said something about it which upset Becky's fiance Seth Rollins and he responded to Cornette. We will examine all these stories and many more - TONIGHT.

A few hours ago, the body of Shad Gaspard, one half of Cryme Time, washed ashore on Venice Beach. Four years ago, as part of our show, then called "PWR SLAM!" we had the privilege of interviewing Shad's partner JTG. Shad & JTG loved each other like they were biological brothers. While it is the last part of this episode it was the best part of this episode. Here is the writeup for that part of the episode. Godspeed, Shad. When people heard "Yo yo yo, yo,pop a 40 and check your Rollies" everyone knew what time it was, CRIME TIME! The tag team that claimed Brooklyn as home had a lot of fans, especially when they would come out into the arena with the contents of some poor unsuspecting wrestler's bag, selling everything to the fans.They actually were also rather successful, spending a total of four years under the WWE banner. Tonight, we talk to one half of that team, JTG. We will discuss his early years, his influences in the business, OVW, RAW, and his book, DAMN! Why Did I Write This Book?. This should be a lot of fun.

This week's "Dark Side Of The Ring" was difficult for all three of our hosts. Animal himself, Joe Lauranitis has been a guest on our show several times, while Sean and Steve both have personal history with The Road Warriors. We'll talk about our personal stories as well as talk about some of the things that were covered in the episode.  Tonight we will also cover the Alberto Del Rio story, Another cut by was made by WWE, this time from a well known family in the business, We will, of course, talk about Money In The Bank and AEW's upcoming Double Or Nothing pay per view, but AAA has also made a return of sorts themselves.  Jake Roberts recently discovered a device that he wishes he'd known about years earlier. Vince McMahon has a secret rule regarding tag team matches, and when we get done reading it, if you're half as confused as we are, then we're twice as confused as you. It has been quite a while since Kacee has been with us so we'll talk about her most recent matches, any good road stories, having a birthday and, a shocking subject for a wrestler, her favorite adult beverages. Depending on how long Kacee stays, and if she has been watching Dark Side Of The Ring we will talk about this week's episode. We have also reached out to one of our promoter friends who has had Dr. D. David Schultz on one of his cards and one of the wrestlers who appeared in that imfamous 20/20 episode. Sadly, we have lost more members of the wrestling community over the past week and we will pay tribute to them. The hottest news coming out of WWE this week are the Nia Jax buckle drop on Kairi Sane and what the Japanese wrestler was screaming before she was thrown. There is also information leaking out of Stamford regarding the basics of taping Money In The Bank. WWE has also issued a statement regarding 24/7 Champion Rob Gronkowski, who announced his return to the NFL yesterday. Triple H apparently isn't worth as much to the WWE as Bray Wyatt is if you base it on the cost of their respective special title belts are concerned.  Impact Wrestling did tape Rebellion as a two night special and night 1 was aired this past Tuesday. Sami Callihan issued comments about working the event. Now 2/3 of the night 2 main event did not appear at the tapings so we'll talk about that, the results from night one and some additional notes about Impact, including news about what they did wih a promoter they were scheduled to work with. On the AEW front Cody Rhodes has filed for another trademark, Will the ratings cause the company to reconsider just going with their currently recorded material? The Broken One, Matt Hardy, helped a marriage propsal happen. The team formerly known as The Revival, who are loudly rumored to be AEW bound, put out a new video featuring their apparent new name, The Revolt. However, there seems to be an issue regarding the name as an independent team seems to have been using the name for a while. This week's Dark Side Of The Ring covered the still unsolved execution of Canadian star Dino Bravo. We'll examine the episode and what, if anything, we learned about Bravo and the contributing factors of his murder. Some huge rumors concerning former wrestler and broadcaster Jesse Ventura has been hitting social media. Several luchadors have found a way to make money AND be helpful. Get ready for fun.

We were all set to have some fun with the news regarding the decision regarding wrestling in Florida, but then we were hit with the news of the passing of WWE Hall Of Famer Howard "The Fink" Finkle. Howard started out as the Madison Square Garden ring announcer when the then WWF was merely a Northeastern US wrestling promotion. As Vince McMahon expanded the promotion and started to take it national, Howard became more of a national presence as the voice of the company with his familiar call of "Coming down the aisle" signifying the entrance of some of the biggest stars of the 80s & 90s, even into the 2000s. He even played an active role at times in various angles with the company. We have reached out to several former WWF/E stars to join us to talk about Howard. Greg Garard, Oscar of Men On A Mission will definitely be joining us and we hope to have some more. The announcement a few days ago by Florida governor Ron DeSantis that professional wrestling was being declared an "essentisl business" caused shock waves that reverberated around the country. It took 24 hours before word leaked out that money changed hands and the name McMahon was at the forefront of that money exchange, except the first name was NOT Vince. We'll go into the particulars of the situation in order to let you connect the dots. There have been consistent rumors over the years of Vince McMahon paying officials in various states to either get things he wanted or to keep his stars out of trouble. This week's episode of DARK SIDE OF THE RING and the companion AFTER DARK seemed to show this as the case of the death of Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka's girlfriend Nancy Argentino was examined. We will also talk about the mass releases and what the NXT roster was told. Buckle up, it's going to be a bumpy ride tonight.

Since last we spoke to you we have had EmptyMania and Dark Side Of The Ring tore apart Brawl For All. We will dissect it all with help, not live, but help, from Jim Cornette. However, the biggest statement of the week was a scene that was CUT from the finished Dark Side episode, and a good friend of the show is talked about. Jim also tore apart WrestleMania, or should we say EMPTYMania. We have selected Jim's critiques of the "biggest" matches, the Boneyard match and the Firefly FunHouse match, and indeed he has a lot to say about it. In other news, Ring Of Honor resigns a talent, and this might be unusual because of the circumstances. Arn Anderson shoots on when his relationship with Vince soured. AJ Styles didn't stay "dead" long, in fact, he has announced his latest stay at home project. Where is Rhea Ripley? It depends on who you listen to. We will discuss these and other issues. Please note, we will very likely go over our 2 hour time slot, so to hear everything live it will be best to be called in.  

Normally this would be a week and weekend that wrestling fans live for. However, living in a COVID-19 age changed everything. The independent events that normally flood the landscape were all cancelled, and WrestleMania itself was all pretaped in an empty WWE Peformance Center. Matches had to be changed and producing matches that work better in a larger stadium probably posed more problems. I'll discuss all these variables and what the final matches are slated. AEW was visited, some say raided, by Georgia officials as they were taping TV. I have all the details, including a rumor about how the officials knew about it.  In other items that might make air, Chris Jericho revealed where one of the ideas for the first Brodie Lee kit came from. We are living in a weird time, and what better person to bring on during a weird time than the Warlord Of Weird himself, Sinn "Kizarny" Bodhi. This is the second time he has been with us, the first time since Katie has been a host. Bohdi first gained popularity on the independent scene back in the days of MySpace. In 2003 he was signed by then TNA wrestling where he worked in the Disciples Of The New Church stable which was lead by James Mitchell, who is still with Impact. In 2006 he started working for WWE, working in Ohio Valley Wrestling and moving down to FCW, which was recently profiled on the WWE Network before being called up and given the name and gimmick of Kizarny.  After leaving the company in 2009, Bodhi has not only competed for various independents but also created his own promotion, Freakshow Wrestling, which is a hybrid of wrestling and circus freakshows. He is also an accomplished author, actor and tattoo artist. He's got a lot of stories to tell, including stories with friends of Steve and Sean. This will be a very entertaining program and we hope you will enjoy it.

This year's WrestleMania matches are changing as rapidly as the current statistics on the Coronavirus. A match that was possibly going to be filmed yesterday had to be changed today and so on. In this episode I'm going to look at the current situation with WrestleMania. As I'm sure the situation will possibly change before Smackdown airs I will not post any specific subjects and I will fly according to what happens there and what happens in the news as it happens.

We're still trying to digest the two night season premier of DARK SIDE OF THE RING as it brought up a lot of memories and feelings we've probably repressed for years. Tonight we'll open up about the episode, our recollections of that night when we learned about Chris Benoit and the following night after the details of the situation came to light. Lest you think the entire evening is going to be depressing we're going to bring out some recent Jim Cornette clips where he talks about Steve Austin's return to RAW, Riding with the late Buddy Landell and a long but amazing story about current AEW star Jake The Smake Roberts getting his head shaved in Mexico. We'll also talk about the latest Joey Janela stunt which has not only Jim but a lot of other people up in arms. WrestleMania has wrapped up taping, and apparently with a new ordinance in Orlando they finished just in time. Will AEW face the same issues? Speaking of WrestleMania, Vince is always looking for a money making angle. The question is, has he sunk to a new low? What about the Brodie Lee segement on AEW? Did they go too far? In the illustrious history of Professional Wrestling never has something like this shut down events throughout the country including the GRAND DADDY of them all known as WRESTLEMANIA! This outbreak has caused independent promotions to cancel events and or postpone them for a later date when hopefully this outbreak will be contained and business can return to normal. This has caused the bigger promtoions to have to go to empty arena events. Its also caused the close of other forms of entertainment including sports, concerts, & movies to cancel or postpone seasons.  The happiest place in the world DISNEY is closed! Vegas, the city that never sleeps is CLOSED! While this outbreak has people in a panic it is also causing businesses & working people from across the country & the world to lose money. There are systems and steps being taken to stimulate the economy in this time of panic, but smaller wrestling promtotions are taking measures to ensure that their workers still get paid during this time off until business can be restored to normal. The restaurant & bar industry is also being effected by this outbreak, and fundraisers are being made. We will discuss the impact this is having on everything & everyone during this time of diseray as it is no longer a topic that can be ignored. We will be joined by Maven Bentley from CZW tonight to discuss how it has impacted CZW and other promtoions. Then we try to do business as usual bringing all wrestling news. As I have been continuing to monitor the situation concerning the COVID-19 pandemic the situations are changing literally minute by minute. I will give you the latest information regarding what actions are being taken in regards to moving and/or cancelling events throughout the country.  In other news, it looks like more people are leaving WWE. Did a well known WWE official get a demotion? I'll take the information I gave on W.A.R. and add on information that has come out today. I'll fill you in on all of these stories and more as they occur tonight.

The COVID 19 pandemic is changing the landscape of everything around us. Last night, the NBA season was suspended after the first positive test for the virus by a player. Today, one of his teammates also tested positive for the virus. Today, Major League Soccer suspended its season, which is only a week old for 30 days as a result of the rapidly spreading virus. Now, it's affecting professional wrestling. Last week we discussed New Japan canceling some dates, now it's gotten worse. The actions taken by the White House will affect many independent shows,starting immediately, and more importantly during WrestleMania week, which at this point is STILL up in the air. SmackDown may or may not move for tomorrow night, AEW has already cancelled its arena for next week. The long term affects on our industry might not be known for months. We are scheduled to be joined by our long time friend, ring announcer and promoter Paul Eubanks. We are sure he's going to have a lot to say about the situation. We are also reaching out to Rick "Crusher" Knopf as well as some other friends of the show to talk about the affect this is having now and may have to the long term health of our industry.

Vince McMahon is known to change entire shows hours before they are supposed to air live, one of those changes may cause a change in the Women's Elimination Chamber match, which now is the only one that counts since Vince already put Roman Reigns against Goldberg for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania.  In regards to WrestleMania, there was an announced change to Axxess concerning a scheduled appearance. I'll tell you who and my thoughts as to why.  AAA airs live on Twitch Saturday but there will be a time change there as well. There's also an angle that is happening right now that may have been the result of someone going into business for themselves. All of these stories and MORE are LIVE From The Dean's Den.

Rampage Productions Presents Rampage Rants FATALITY Friday! We talk about the 1000 elephant in the room! 

We just received word of the passing of legendary star "Crippler" Rip Oliver. We will be joined this evening by Memphis legend Bill Dundee who will share some stories and we are reaching out to more of his peers. Saturday AEW held its first pay per view of the year, REVOLUTION. The reaction to the event has been quite positive and we'll go over the matches and our reactions. However, we can't talk about AEW without talking about the most controversial member of their roster, Maxwell Jacob Friedman. Friedman posted some things on Twitter and did something at a meet and greet session that have caused a bit of controversy. If you want to talk controversy, the Randy Orton/Beth Phoenix closing segment to Monday's go home edition of RAW caused quite a bit of controversy, at least with us. We'll discuss the segment and what our immediate reactions to it. Can you believe Vince once threatened to fine somebody if they WENT to the gym? Well he did, and we'll tell you who it was and what Vince's rationale for not wanting this wrestler to go to the gym. The COVID-19 virus is having an effect on wrestling just like it is in every other part of life currently. We'll discuss what has been said and/or done and what action someone should probably stop doing for the time being. We'll report on these, more Teddy Hart news, Sid Vicious being pulled from an event and another former guest of ours making their debut with another main promotion. Saturday is AEW's first pay per view of the year, REVOLUTION. Steve will go over the card and what to possibly expect during several of the matches.  "Home Alone" star McCauley Culkin, who was supposed to be at this year's WrestleMania in Tampa is no longer going as he is quite upset over Bray Wyatt dropping the Universal Championship to Goldberg. Well it didn't take long for Goldberg to respond and the response was short and to the point.  Speaking of older WWE part timers getting title opportunities, it looks like another part timer will be getting a title shot at WrestleMania. WWE pre show host Sam Roberts and Revival member Dash Wilder got into a battle on social media over terminology. There is another AEW figure that pre orders are being taken on.  All of this and other items will be discussed LIVE From The Dean's Den.

For the first time ever we will be in a post show position as we are broadcasting just a few hours after WWE's latest Saudi Arabia event, Super Showdown. We are aware of a couple of major things involved with the show but we will include those items in the discussion. Prior to our discussion of Super Showdown, Katie ran into an old friend (or is it fiend?) this past weekend. The story, which took place at Smash Wresting, was quite unique and you will hear it all. Today's Super Showdown brings Saudi Arabia its first ever Women's title match when Bayley defends the SmackDown Women's TItle against Naomi and its first ever cage match when Baron Corbin takes on Roman Reigns. In addition, since there always has to be a special Saudi Arabia match, the Tuwaiq Mountain Trophy will go to the winner of a gauntlet match. Last night's AEW Dynamite go home show prior to this Saturday's Revolution pay per view was an amazing event with the 30 minute ironman match between Kenny Omega and Pac and that chaotic weigh in segment at the end that brought a long time friend of ERN to an AEW ring for the first time. In addition, Samoa Joe is in trouble again, AEW signs their first NJPW star, a familiar face joins the ROH Women's title tournament and did Evil Uno confirm the identity of the Exalted One? All of this and more with Katie, Steve, Sean, and returning to the show, our friend, promoter/wrestler Chris Hensley, TONIGHT.

When Jonathan Good left the security of a job and a midcard push at WWE to strike back out on his own, taking back the name Jon Moxley, he wasn't sure if wrestling fans would accept the change, especially after some of the things he had to do in the later stages of his time at WWE. In this episode, in addition to other news, including who has been added to WrestleMania, including someone who will be working an independent show the day before. A huge rumor concerning the future of WWE pay per views has emarged, and it may change the future of one particular streaming service, in addition to the WWE Network. Why is Sami Zayn still playing his "Liberator" role rather than compete? Rhea Ripley has talked about the one thing WWE will not allow her to do. All of this and other news as it breaks prior to air time.

We are slightly over a week out from both Super Showdown and Revolution. RAW focused on WrestleMania while Dynamite closed with AEW's first cage match leading up to the Cody Rhodes Vs. MJF confrontation. Meanwhile, in Japan, the coronavirus is having an effect on the business.  Former NXT UK star and Mae Young Classic standout Jazzy Gabert has started a new venture. An indie wrestler from Texas made her AEW debut and a former Impact star returned to AEW. Game Changer Wrestling is continung to build out to WrestleMania week with additions announced for both Josh Barnett's Blood sport and Joey Janela's Spring Break cards. AAA returns to action this Saturday night with a live event that will be broadcast in English and Spanish on Twitch.  We will discuss all of these stories and possibly have some surprises. You'll have to liten to find out.

WrestleMania week has become an event in and of itself, with every promotion in the world converging on the host city and surrounding area to present their own talent, some of whom are also seen on Impact, ROH,NJPW and now AEW. Previously, Josh Barnette's Bloodsport had been the one specialty show during the week, but now there are other shows highlighting various diverse segments of the wrestling landscape, including FOR THE CULTURE, an event with an all Black roster and EFFY'S BIG GAY BRUNCH. I'll go over the major events that will be happening in the Tampa area during that week including the announced talent and highlighted matches. AAA is off for the week headed into another Twitch broadcast on the 22nd leaving CMLL the only main promotion running in Mexico, including a Valentine's Day event. There's a MAJOR spoiler concerning a WWE star and one of the championships. I hinted on TNT On BTR I hinted about a current WWE roster member who may be jumping to AEW but did not get to name them, I will name them on this episode.   

Last night AEW made wrestling history when Nyla Rose pinned Riho to become the new AEW Women's World Champion. We'll look at why this is history making, because it is on two fronts. Did JR slip or was he giving away some things during commentary last night, possibly a couple of times? We also will discuss the debut of a past guest of ours last night that had us all going nuts. A few weeks ago New Japan did not have a TV home in the US. There are discussions in the works with a channel that has had two different shows about wrestling on it,  They also have announced their return date at Madison Square Garden.  Ring Of Honor has announced a major change to its women's title. Speaking of women's titles, Triple H recently addressed the conroversy surrounding the NXT Women's Championship. NXT also has a TakeOver slated for Sunday which has some far reaching effects on this year's WrestleMania. The RetroMania Wrestling video game is getting a lot of buzz. This throwback video game includes many of the top stars of the industry with a look that hearks back to the early Nintendo and arcade video games. We'll discuss the current available information in regard to the wrestlers who will be included and the scheduled release date. There may also be another video game in the works and it's NOT a WWE game. All of this, plus possible visits by Crimey AND Hugo Savinovich - TONIGHT

Slightly over two weeks ago Andrade was suspended for violating the WWE Wellness Policy, but did he really violate it? On TNT On BTR we discussed the situation and a report coming from our good friend Hugo Savinovich about the situation.  Earlier today I had a long phone conversation with Hugo. He relayed a lot of information to me, some of which I am free to share with you on this episode. Once you hear this your opinion toward the Wellness Policy may very well change. This is not going to be a pretty conversation, but it is a necessary one. Now I don't plan to be all serious or down, so if there is time I will discuss Saturday night's AAA card which will be broadcast live on Twitch as well as a BIG rumor concerning a current WWE star.

Lesson number one: Don't rip on AEW on Twitter, Chris Jericho will make you famous and you'll get torn apart on our show. Lesson Number two: Don't go around claiming you're trained when you're not. We'll find out about you and expose you to the world. Tonight, along with giving you the latest news we are going to tear apart a couple of fools who have put themselves out there to be ridiculed and exposed. Fool number one, an idiot who decided he knew exactly where AEW did their TV and PPVs at. Well Le Champion got wind of the tweet and ripped him a new one which set up a chain of further humiliation by the Twitterverse. Fool number two, an untrained yarder who tried to pass himself off as a trained wrestler and in the process has humiliated himself and stolen from other promotions. For this segement we will have wrestler/promoter Chris Hensley and members of his team to tell the story of this untrained wrestler and give other promoters a warning. Fool number three, the idiot who attacked MJF and Wardlow at the end of Dynamite last night. Sean is out sick so Steve and Katie will be your zookeepers tonight, get ready for a crazy show.

Last night on TNT On BTR Steve broke the story of the upcoming AEW debut of Brodie Lee, FKA Luke Harper. Well Steve's got another one, and it's based on a copyright request made a few months ago. He also gave a teaser about an upcoming WrestleMania week show that, while the event is good for who it waill showcase, he's a little concerned about the name because of what it was used for just several weeks ago.  WWE UK has announced new talent signings that he will talk about. This should be a very interesting show.

On TNT On BTR we talked about Baron Corbin putting down the opening contest on Wednesday's AEW Dynamite. We're going to look into the implications of his tweet, as well as more of the clapback he recieved from it. Rey Fenix may have gotten injured Wednesday night taping AEW Dark, I will have the details. Eric Young has come out about his current status with WWE. I now have more information concerning TNT's potential plans for AEW Dark.  In Ring Of Honor news I have an update on the status of Jeff Cobb, a favorite of both ROH and NJPW fans.More rumors, including a possible clue on Twitter, are surrounding former Impact Wrestling star Killer Kross. This year's event was marked by several firsts, including: The first ever TWO NIGHT eventThe first ever WOMEN'S MATCH on an NJPW cardThe first recognition of a non IWGP title in NJPW history Things are NOT all sunshine and roses in WWE as CM Punk went after The Miz, who seemed to mock Punk's return to a WWE TV show. Punk wrote a since deleted tweet (although NOTHING ever disappears on the internet) that can simply be described as savage, if not downright obscene. For those of you who saw RAW Monday and saw the person being tackled by security prior to going to commercial we now know who that was.  Championship Wrestling From Hollywood promoter and NWA Powerr interviewer David Marquez is expanding wrestling on local television on the West Coast, this time with a promotion based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Their commentator will be someone well known to Bay Area sports fans.  Are you wondering who was behind IWGP US Champion Jon Moxley's swerve on Chris Jericho and the Inner Circle last night? We have that answer as well, along with information about who has creative freedom (for the most part) and if AEW has a team doing their writing for them. Impact Wrestling holds their first pay per view of the year this Sunday. We'll discuss tha matches and maybe make predictions, although we sure didn't get much right on Wrestle Kingdom so maybe we won't! All of this and MORE with Katie and Sean, TONIGHT! 

After a little rest for the holidays, Steve is back as Wrestle Kingdom weekend is about to start. He'll run down the matches for the two night event and might even make a couple of predictions. He'll akso go over the situation between NJPW, AXS TV and AEW. More information has come out within the past 14 hours that had not been known previously. Nikki Bella is back in the news, but not for anything wrestling related.  John Morrison's name is being bandied about, but the question is when will he make his first appearance. We may know that before we go on the air, although some clues are already coming out.  Both AAA & CMLL ran New Year's Day events and we'll talk about the matches that occurred and possible upcoming plans for the Mexican promotions, including continuing controversy over the name of one of AAA's biggest stars. We'll discuss all these and MORE tonight.

We have been known to get talents to talk to us as they are up and coming and then watch them hit the big time. Ivelisse had been well known in Chicago but had moved to Florida when we had her on. Not long after that, she became a Lucha Underground mainstay. We had on a young lady known at the time as Crazy Mary Dobson. Today, Sarah Logan is part of the WWE. Kennadi Brink made her main roster debut on SmackDown this past Friday, only now she is referee Jessika Carr. Will the streak continue with tonight's guest? You never know. Shalandra "Rookie" Royal is a multifacited young woman. She is currently a college student, but while she does that she is also combining many other things, obviously one of those things is wrestling. She is a songwriter and singer, in fact, her first appearance for AEW was at ALL IN...AS THE NATIONAL ANTHEM SINGER! She was part of a four way match at Double Or Nothing involving the currently suspened Nyla Rose. In addition to that, she has connections to several of our past guests. We'll discuss the people and what role they have played in her career as well as balancing classwork and her many other interests. This should be a lot of fun as we get ready to wrap up the year going into the holiday season, we hope you will enjoy it.

The hosts of ERN along with our Media Correspondent "The Mad Conservative" CRIMEFIGHTER have been closely following a story that has been developing over the past several months. (since March) and have found out this has been going on BEFORE that. This past Saturday the story took an AWFUL turn. James Jordan has attended several events in the Central / Southern IL and St Louis border area. This man has taken several inappropriate pics of female workers and posted them to his social media with very disturbing comments. He was caught by several on the Independent Scene in these areas doing so and was called out on it, in retaliation this man began slinging mud with several of the promotions he was attending and causing problems with promotions who had the gall to stand up to his obscene tactics. This past Saturday we were all alerted that this man Mr. Jordan attended an event back in March where he was asked to stop his actions & leave by a wrestler's husband and cornered said worker's husband in the bathroom and threatened to shoot him and WAS armed, the BIG problem with this is he is an alleged ex-felon who can NOT legally own a firearm. Team Ambition jumped into action and bum-rushed this man out of the building and authorities were called. Over the weekend Mr. Jordan messaged Papa Kenway the father of Matt Keneay over the weekend on Twitter and threatened Papa Kenway thinking he was the STL Reporter. Now we here at ERN are asking The Brotherhood of Professional Wrestling to take a STANCE to not only keep workers and staff safe, but after all the mass shootings we have seen in the existence of this program we are doing this as a PSA to alert fans as well. These actions could've led to an all-out tragedy. We are calling for a BAN on Mr. Jordan from ALL Midwest companies before this ends in disaster. The big news of the day is of course the suspensions of Robert Roode and Primo Colon. Add that to the releases and Lana making William Shattner seem like Lord Lawrence Olivier and we've got enough WWE stuff to cover most of the first hour. Albert "ACH" Hardie just can't seem to let go. After "quitting" the wrestling business over the weekend he has fired off on Shad Gaspard of Cryme Tyme. Randy Orton is pushing for a former Intercontinental Champion fo be inducted into the Hall Of Fame. The problem is, he's working for the competition. If you were wondereing why Seth Rollins had a cast on Monday night, it was NOT a storyline situation. We'll explain what happened to the former champion just a week from TLC.  Stardom has issued a new policy, which is a first for the industry. Impact had it's last pay per view of the year Sunday that we'll discuss slong with other news there. Two AEW stars have returned to NJPW and they have announced new US dates. We'll cover these and more TONIGHT!

We have match listing spoilers for TLC and news about Lana and Rusev. In MLW one talent has been released while a new one has been signed. We have an update on Jeff Hardy that sounds very hopeful. Former ECW talent The Sandman came under fire recently for some comments made to several women involved in the main event at last weekend's WrestleCade and he is speaking on it.  I will discuss all these things and MORE! You don't want to miss this.

Thanks to our friend Jess Blue for arranging getting our featured guest for tonight's show. Shawn Hernandez, like many other athletes who have become stars in the wrestling business, did not start in wrestling. Like many others, he came from football. However, in Shawn's case, he did not come from the classic gridiron that spawned such stars as Bronco Nagurski, Wahoo McDaniel and Manny Fernandez. Instead, Shawn came from the Arena Football League. In fact, one of Shawn's trainers is one of our very good friends and regular contributor to the show, Rudy Boy Gonzalez.  Shawn's career has taken him through a number of promotions throughout the years, He has been with Texas All-Star Wrestling, NWA, WWF and many more, but his most famous stint is probably his second time in TNA where he became a member of one of the hottest groups in the promotion, the Latin American Exchange, AKA LAX.  We'll talk about his training with Rudy, his title reigns and travels, working with Konan, the differences between American wrestling and lucha libre style from his days at AAA and many more stories.
