The term "Hot Mess" gets thrown around a lot lately. In this episode, we have a look at how a Hot Mess might look, how it might manifest itself and how to go about dealing with said "Hot Mess" when it does show up for us. We look at where in the Human Design Chart we can be more susceptible to falling victim to one and how we can support ourselves in protecting and managing our energy. We also look at the Hot Mess by Human Design Type and Ros has a clearing technique which she's distilled down to 9 breaths to heap deal with the situation or any stressful or overwhelming situation. Use this technique anytime you need some calm. Learn it by heart - the order of the centers comes very naturally after a few tries.
