Maria Soprano - Karma Free Living I spent the majority of my life living with debilitating depression and anxiety and like many when the pills didn't work, I turned to self-medicating and soon to be addict on the verge of losing my life. By my early 30s I was on 17 pills a day. I had everything from fibromyalgia to ulcerative colitis and so much more. With each pill came a new side effect which was met with yet another pill to combat that side effect. These pills caused a weight gain of 170lbs. The weight came on so fast that I was told I would be wheelchair bound within 3 months. My depression was so severe I was told I needed to live in a mental institution because no amount of pills could help me. Stephanie DelaRose is a holistic wellness coach that addresses all aspects of health ~ body, mind, and spirit. She's also an intuitive guide and a twenty year yoga practitioner and instructor who leads yoga, nutrition, and seasonal cleanse retreats from her home at Sacred Mountain Waters Wellness Sanctuary in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, NC. Her winding path has taken her through the military, pharmaceutical industry, and corporate America while also traveling the world. Then Covid hit, I couldn't export anymore under lock down restrictions, and things took a plummet really quickly. I dug in deep, being really spiritual I sat with God and just went inside. I can give you fruits but you have to do the rest.” There was a process or journey to her tree of life: She felt deceived and constantly distracted in her outer world and innately started to seek refuge within her own Tree of truth through meditation and prayer.
