Next, Tony and Evan talk about the diss track wars between rappers Drake and Kendrick Lamar in which each artist makes allegations about the other in some heated tracks - but can Kendrick or Drake sue each other for defamation? (13:41) Later, Tony and Evan talk about an interesting lawsuit involving theater chain Cinemark, in which consumers allege that the chain has engaged in false advertising...over the amount of soda served in their large cups. Tony and Evan discuss if this is, in fact, a winnable case for the class of plaintiffs (25:03).
