This is the final episode of our first season. This follow-up discussion (start with ep 19), was recorded on August 17th 2021 and focuses on the general topic of Scripture Engagement. In episode 19 we learned some of the background that brought Michelle Petersen and David Gray into scripture engagement. In this episode Dr. Wayne Dye will share about his own background in scripture engagement that brought him to where he is today. Later on, Michelle shares a common misconception about the timing of when scripture engagement begins. We will also look at training opportunities for those who want to explore scripture engagement further, from 1-hour online sessions to certificates and masters of arts programs.

For our 7th and 8th EMDC Podcast episodes recorded on February 17th 2021, our conversation will look at websites for ministry. Clyde Taber and Keith Williams will focus mainly on the Mobile Ministry Forum, a multi-agency volunteer coalition created to help provide training and insight into how best to use mobile phones in ministry situations. They’ll also touch on the Visual Story Network and Mission Media University, two other ministry focused sites dedicated to furthering the gospel among the unreached through partnerships and training.

For our fourth EMDC Podcast episode recorded on November 16th 2020, a selection of ministry filmmakers representing International Media Ministries, Youth With A Mission, Create International, Ur Vision and Greater European Mission’s Gemstone Media have been giving advice and recounting stories. We pick up the conversation as the group explores formal education versus on the job training.

For our third EMDC Podcast episode recorded on November 16th 2020, Tim and Steve begin a series of informal discussions with experts that will focus on specific areas of ministry interest.
