EFF IT With Helen Lederer – Details, episodes & analysis

EFF IT with Helen Lederer is a live comedy podcast about the glorious, terrifying and occasionally life-changing art of not giving an EFF.

Hosted by comedian, writer and Absolutely Fabulous star Helen Lederer, EFF IT brings celebrity guests to the stage at London’s Phoenix Arts Club for funny, frank and gloriously unfiltered conversations about the moments they stopped people pleasing, trusted their gut and finally put themselves first.

Every guest has an EFF IT moment. The decision that changed everything. The risk that paid off. The time they ignored the sensible advice. Or the spectacular occasion when saying “f*ck it” went completely wrong.

Fresh from writing her uncensored memoir Not That I’m Bitter, Helen has stopped worrying quite so much about what everybody else thinks and wants to know whether her guests have managed to do the same.

Recorded in front of a live audience in London, EFF IT combines celebrity interviews, comedy, confession and the occasional glass of wine as Helen gets beneath the polished success stories to find the decisions, disasters and moments of rebellion behind them.

Because sometimes the best thing you can do is stop trying to please everyone else and simply say: EFF IT.

New episodes are available to watch and listen wherever you get your podcasts.
