| Baker Mayfield is Dangerous, Reviewing Lions vs Bucs Matchup | 17 Jan 2024 | 00:29:21 | |
A quicker episode, I discuss the lions matchup vs the Bucs in the upcoming NFC divisional matchup. More specifically, give Baker a nod that he is not a chump, and it THE biggest NFC threat in the playoffs now that Stafford and the Rams are eliminated.

| Absurd Theories + Self Thoughts + Twitter Story - Notecards Revisited Part 6 (💤 + 🌧️) | 24 Jun 2020 | 01:08:14 | |
I don't have an official title for this mini-series. One year ago, I wrote 200+ notecards on various notes, theories, ideas, tips, and advice as self reminders and reflection. . Unfortunately, luck of the draw lead me to discard most of my notecards due to being nonsensical. I don't recall most of the cards until I read them, creating some interesting takes. Though this episode...welp.
This is a stream-of-consciousness mini-series so while you may find a brain nugget listening, this episode is likely best suited as a way to fall asleep to my yawn-inducing voice while blocking out mind-chatter.
About Droolish: Droolish is a sleep and relaxation podcast, focused on varied subjects with the goal to help remove insomnia, improve relaxation, and help you go to sleep.
Note: I'm qualifying this as AMSR due to my goal of wanting to use sounds and my voice to help calm imsomnia and to help you relax and go to sleep.

I don't have an official title for this mini-series. One year ago, I wrote 200+ notecards on various notes, theories, ideas, tips, and advice as self reminders and reflection. Today I review notecards including a Netflix pilot idea, DEEP self-reflection (really), and writing ideas reviewed. I don't recall most of the cards until I read them, creating some interesting takes.

| Fifteen influential books (Part 2), according to the guy who helps you fall asleep with his yawn-inducing voice, useful for combating mindchatter (💤 + 🌧️) | 03 Jun 2020 | 01:15:05 | |
Discussing my top 15(ish) books that have influenced me to date. Most of the books tend to be business, finance, and health related, but are equally practical for everyday living. I've clearly given up on titles. Part 2 includes #8-15.
Please remember: Droolish is a sleep and relaxation podcast focused on varied subjects with the goal to help remove insomnia, stop mind chattering, and help you fall to sleep.
About Droolish: Droolish is a sleep and relaxation podcast, often best consumed to slaughter mind-chatter and curb your insomnia. Take a look at the episode list if you have a chance, if something sounds interesting or useful, listen to that first (IMO). My voice is yawn-inducing (apparently to some), so I decided to create a podcast dedicated to helping those with sleeping problems fall asleep. Subjects vary based on what's on my mind, but I hope to be engaging enough to keep initial interest while the background sounds and my voice assist you to sleep.

I'll be honest. This episode is a bit rough, my voice gave out and the most value for this episode will be strictly from my yawn-inducing voice. About halfway through I get back in my flow, but not much more. In the words of Tony Kornheiser, "we'll try and do better the next time". Do you prefer a half-strained episode or no episode at all?

| Removing Distraction (hack?) Via Writing To Fix Sleep Issues & Mind Racing #gamechanger (💤 + 🌧️) | 17 May 2020 | 01:02:57 | |
It's super rare that I dive deep into the tank of my thoughts to provide (what I believe) unorthodox insights and teachings for the sake of good. Might I be changing for the better? I dunno. Anyways, if you have constant mind-chatter and mind-racing, listening to this episode and practicing mindful journaling as instructed quite possibly will bring unbridled clarity. And we all sure could use that right about now. This exercise has worked for me in not just expanding myself, but has helped provide a sense of ease when sleeping.
I reflect on my previous sleeping issues since childhood and found a significant pattern. My mind is always distracted, either with consuming too much content/media/life/learning without actually producing (compartmentalizing thoughts). This, in turn, combined with my ADHD, often left me in a whirlwind of thoughts, restlessness, and uncertainty. It's not totally fixed, the art of sleep is a neverending journey, but if this helps you make significant strides, then I'll be super happy for you.
Maybe I am growing up...heh lol

I wanted to share a piece of creative content that pays a tribute to one of my favorite songs ever (Baz Luhrmann - Everybody's Free To Wear Sunscreen). | Strikingly Profound Lofi Hip-hop Youtube Comments w/ Lofi Chill Beats ( 💤 + 🌧️) | 10 May 2020 | 01:05:03
"i hate the feeling." "why won't it make sense?" "can't sleep and can't help but wonder why." What do all these quotes have in common? Well, lofi hip-hop that's what. I'm old (well 34) and I was once a teen half a life ago and nothing makes me feel more serene than reading lofi hip-hop youtube comments. I like to think of them as a vessel to the past (or future) of wisdom that we all could be reminded of once in a while. This episode includes lofi-music in the 1st half (fades in around the 8 minute mark) and of course steady white noise drizzled into your eardrums.
I wouldn't be shocked if this episode catches wind for teens, so the comments being read start at the 8 minute mark as well. As you look up at the ceiling tonight and ponder life, feel at ease that you aren't completely alone.

| Time To Awaken The Third Eye: Improve Sleep, Focus, Reduce Mind Chatter (Binaural Beats + 💤 + 🌧️) | 06 May 2020 | 01:13:15 | |
In my quest to perfect the art of sleep, I stumble upon an amazing way that has helped bring absolute clarity and focus (albeit temporary). The episode discusses the science behind the third eye (aka pineal gland), how to decalcify the gland, and to activate your third eye. Binaural beats (explained in the episode) and rain sounds are used to enhance relaxation, focus, and reduce mind clutter.

| 200+ Positive Affirmations Spoken To First Names on Twitter ( 💤 + 🌧️) | 08 Apr 2020 | 01:11:17 | |
Affirmations bring out the best in us and can help drive a successful mindset. As someone who is big on the Law of Attraction, I wanted to help you guys ease into sleep with my sleepy voice and provide positive affirmations as you dig into dreamland. It started out as about 150 turned into 200+ affirmations and random chatter amongst myself. I limited the amount of self commentary for your sanity, though it's debatable if ya'll prefer it.
PS: Big shoutout to DAX, he's a big believer in law of attraction and I dedicated a few minutes to use one of his songs as affirmations (AKA: DAXFIRMATIONS). If you are reading this Dax, Hi!

| Home Depot Battle Royale - Pick 3 Weapons (Thought Experiment 💤 + 🌧️) | 01 Apr 2020 | 01:14:27 | |
You vs 9 others in Home Depot - Battle Royale style. You are allowed to choose 3 pieces of equipment to aid you. What three weapons would you choose, and what would be your strategy? I review my strategy and talk about the greatest thread I've ever read online. Obv this is a hypothetical and a very interesting one at that. If the party every dies down, this would be a great way to liven up a convo or a cool idea to pitch for a low-budget film.
Note: This thread has 1200 replies and I had to stop on page 10 due to time constraints.
This is simply a fascinating read and interesting thought expreriment. View here in full detail: https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/34/other-other-topics/home-depot-battle-royale-what-3-weapons-do-you-choose-859413/. This podcast is best suited for anyone that has insomnia, needs sleep, or just wants to get their mind off their day. Admittedly, this episode might not help? Let me know lol.

| Coronavirus AKA: COVID-19 💤 + 🌧️ | 18 Mar 2020 | 00:56:13 | |
This is likely the first and last time I talk about coronavirus. I rarely talk about things in a preachy manner but we really are capable of changing the future and limiting loss.
First 30: Coronavirus talk, impact on lives, and the actual likilhood of knowing someone who was close to someone that perished because of COVID-19.
Probably not for first time listeners and maybe some repeated listeners, but this is important (likely at the expense of some early ZZzz). I do talk about randomish stuff after the 30 minute mark.

| 90-Minute Stream of Consciousness Perfect For Running Minds & Insomniacs (maybe) 💤 + 🌧️ | 11 Mar 2020 | 01:32:40 | |
Let me know which type of episodes you prefer. I talk about a lot of random stuff this episode related to the future of the podcast (note: one episode to be released per week for the next two weeks. Please use this episode as a way to help fall asleep, or if you are looking to take control of your sleep then feel free to practice what I do in this episode. This episode goes in many directions, it might as well be me instead of you imo.
Insomnia sucks but the way I talk tends to put people to sleep and induce yawns. I'm going old school with a stream-of-consciousness episode where I talk about the podcast and where it's headed, sleeping tips, removing distractions, and vocalizing the ridiculousness of how many damn apps I have on my (and likely our) phones. It's time we take step up, action up, and make our days chase up.
This podcast is best suited for anyone that has insomnia, needs sleep, or just wants to get their mind off their day.

| Hacks to Improve Productivity [Blitz Sessions] and Eliminate Dead Time (bigly) [💤 + 🌧️] | 08 Mar 2020 | 01:11:55 | |
If there is one episode that might help alleviate your insomnia and create balance in your awake time, this is it IMO. I explain (my version) of "Dead Time" and how impactful it's been in my day-to-day productivity. Dead time is everywhere and the best we can do is find it, and make it WORK FOR US! I hope this helps you as I explain the concept of "Blitz Sessions" as a way to gamify free-time to visually see and feel accomplishments.
Both of these do have constraints but I firmly believe that finding ways to gamify life is motivation to be productive and a good way to balance life and hence...sleep better. The goal is to get your mind to actively think and to get outside your own head. PLEASE, if this has helped, let me know via twitter or email.

The XFL is here and I wanted to wait a few weeks before offering my two cents. IMO not enough people are talking about it but there is a strong interest. For you football insomnicas, I hope this scratches your football itch while catching ZZZs. I've held my tongue for too long in discussing the XFL! | Useful Tips For Lucid Dreaming That Improve Sleep Quality (probably [💤 + 🌧️]) | 01 Mar 2020 | 01:15:13
Lucid dreaming is the act of controlling your dreams (along with remembering them). I dive (semi) deep into the internet to help myself (and you) to explain how-to lucid dream and the importance of mastering it. I won't lie, it's a deep subject and I've barely scratched the surface. IMO, the ability to dream and control dreams is HUGE in improving sleep quality...all while falling asleep to my yawn-inducing voice.
I also mention my personal experiences first with lucid dreaming since everyone is different. I hope my anecdotes and research found is beneficial to your sleep quality.

| Experiment: Tracking Time For 30 Days to Improve Productivity? [Sleep + 🌧️] | 26 Feb 2020 | 01:10:30 | |
Inspired by Sam Oven's 'time unit' video, I took it upon myself to tracking time units in 30-minute increments and wanted to share my results. The idea behind this is to not just 'track' how I spend my time but to turn it into actionable metrics that measure how much sleep I get, goal setting for productivity, and realize how much of a sad sack of lazy I was during my funk earlier in the year. If you feeling that you are stretched so thin, it may be time to tackle this head-on (I hope).

| Decluttering Emails & Undoing Years of Spam...for your sanity [😴 +🌧️] | 19 Feb 2020 | 00:59:53 | |
I discuss how too many emails and lack of (my) action have caused me minutes (maybe days) of my life swiping 'ignore' on most emails. No more, I go though how and why this came to be. If it sounds familiar, then I hope you give a listen to the extent of how ridiculous it's gotten. I don't think this is talked about too much on how it affects sleep, but I'd like to take a stab at it.
I'll be damned if spam emails, Gmail promo emails, and years of newsletter opt-ins get the best of my daily productivity and sleeping habits. Seriously, in the journey to find the perfect sleep, I own up to my electronic demons that I often ignore but still spend minutes daily swiping (ignore) instead of dealing with the problem head-on. Screw inbox zero, how about 'distraction zero please'?

| Stop Mind Racing/Running Thoughts for Insomnia [💤 + 🌧️] | 12 Feb 2020 | 01:09:56 | |
It's time to tackle the biggest elephant in the room in regards to insomnia: mind-chatter (aka: mind-racing or running thoughts). Sometimes our minds race to the point where we cannot sleep and likely obsess about insomnia while suffering from insomnia. While these aren't full cures, I believe this is a good foundation for curbing insomnia. Remember, this is a sleep and relaxation podcast:

| NFL Week 2 Bets, Spreads, Survival Football & Underdog Picks + Week 1 Review (💤 + 🌧️) | 17 Sep 2020 | 01:13:47 | |
2019: 70% spread win rate.
Week 1: 5-0-1.
I might be onto something, or not. I continue to make my spread picks, along with discussing week 1 nfl results and review week 2 underdog / upset picks (last week: +5.5 units) and briefly discuss my survival football picks. Feel free to spread the word, or not and keep the money for yourself.
Droolish is a sleep and relaxation podcast, focused on varied subjects with the goal to help remove insomnia, reduce mind chatter, and help you fall sleep. My voice makes people tired, apparently. (💤 + 🌧️ sounds to help relax and calm racing thoughts). I'm not a professional sports analyst, so if you win, consider is a bonus!
*Note: I'm qualifying this as AMSR due to my goal of wanting to use sounds and my voice to help calm insomnia and to help you relax and go to sleep. *

| Super Bowl LIV Recap, Prop Bets Results, National Anthem Bets [💤 + 🌧️] | 03 Feb 2020 | 01:08:21 | |
The superbowl was full of prop bets, in game bets, and degen shenangens for some folks. It only makes sense to have an episode dedicated to recapping our SB game bets / prop bets / and other bets placed from the last two SB episodes. If you are NEW to the podcast, my non-NFL chatter is at the 39 minute mark.
Spoiler: National Anthem Picks...Damn near perfection. That said, I am not a (professional) sports analyst, this is used for (my own) entertainment purposes while using background soothing noises (rain sounds/nature sounds) to induce sleep and relaxation. I blend in rain sounds and outdoor sounds to help you relax and help get rid of insomnia and for sleep. Having a yawn-inducing voice does help!
Remember, ALWAYS do your due diligence, most of my NFL Super Bowl picks are for fun and my analysis aren't meant to be taken super seriously, though I'm starting to think mildly serious could be valid.
I will keep record of my picks. The types of picks reviewed:
* National Anthem Props
* NFL Game Props
* Halftime Show Props and bets
* Superbowl Special Props
* NFL plays & predictions on scores and my logic with results discussed
* View PicksHere (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1z7_aYU-fCbqjWE8HodLjWcQWUkDl247ODyzyygY5Cb8/edit?usp=sharing)
Superbowl Matchup
* Kansas City Chiefs vs San Francisco 49ers
I love documenting my picks and keeping track of progress. My love for sports predictions and responsible sports betting has taken off thanks to this podcast. Thank you all for listening.

| Super Bowl LIV Props Bets, Half-time Props, Anthem Props, and Fun Props - Part 2 [💤 + 🌧️] | 29 Jan 2020 | 01:22:53 | |
I took it upon myself to dive deep into super bowl prop bets. Luckily my sportsbook did a great job of categorizing all of the funnest prop bets. So this week is purely props. NOTE: My national anthem picks are the most confident picks out of all of them and I purposely placed them at the beginning of the podcast. Keep in mind, I am not a (professional) sports analyst, this is used for (my own) entertainment purposes while using background soothing noises to induce sleep and relaxation. I blend in rain sounds and outdoor sounds to help you relax and help get rid of insomnia and for sleep. Having a yawn-inducing voice does help!
Remember, ALWAYS do your due diligence, most of my NFL Super Bowl picks are for fun and my analysis aren't meant to be taken super seriously. But I've been profitable so far so that's pretty cool. Though last week, 0-7 in prop bets does hurt the ego.
I will keep record of my picks. The types of picks that I make include:
* National Anthem Props
* NFL Game Props
* Halftime Show Props and bets
* Superbowl Special Props
* Cross Sports Prop Bets
* NFL plays & predictions on scores and my logic
* View PicksHere (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1z7_aYU-fCbqjWE8HodLjWcQWUkDl247ODyzyygY5Cb8/edit?usp=sharing)
I rarely tout picks, but I'm absurdly confident with my Demi Lovato national anthem Picks.

Some of these ideas already exist but will be iterated from other ideas to hopefully push others to take action, myself included. That said, I've written 100+ ideas over time and am sharing the ones that I know I cannot dedicate time to, at least for now. Remember, this is a sleep and relaxation podcast: This is best suited for anyone that has insomnia or just wants to get their mind off their day. Might be a great way to dream up ideas listening.

Yes, I'm aware that I need to put some of these to life. I'm working on that, in the meantime, if someone wants to make money and take the reigns, go nuts! Some of these ideas will be flushed out into readable content on Medium or a new series.

| NFL Week 17 Picks, Anti-Power Rankings, Upset Picks [💤 + 🌧️] | 27 Dec 2019 | 01:19:14 | |
Not so hot NFL week 16 overall (early discussion). This episode features week 17 NFL picks and predictions. Keep in mind, I am not a (professional) sports analyst, this is used for (semi) entertainment purposes while using background noises to induce sleep and relaxation. I blend in rain sounds and outdoor sounds to help you relax and help get rid of insomnia and for sleep. My underdog picks: 🔥🔥🔥. Remember, ALWAYS do your due diligence, most of my NFL week 17 picks are for fun and my analysis is often based on survival pick'ems so every week I do hyper-focus on a few key matchups (not all of them).
Also: NFL Week 17 ANTI-Power Rankings. I made the ANTI-Power rankings to be EXTRA and to focus on the WORST teams heading into week 16 of the NFL season. Everyone says the same things for good teams, let's flip the script and focus on the bottom feeders based on previous weeks performances. I've noticed that my anti-power rankings do a decent job of identifying bad teams and correct underdog spread picks.
The order of the anti-power rankings goes from #1 (the worst of the worst) through #10 (least worst). Starting at #1 with the purpose of being the least interested by #10 as you drift off into dreamland. I'm including ranks #11-15 to help bring in more context of movers & shakers throughout the NFL

| NFL Week 1 Picks, Spreads, Survival Football & Underdog Picks (2020 💤 + 🌧️) | 09 Sep 2020 | 01:02:57 | |
Week 1 of the NFL post-covid is 100% guaranteed for shenanigans. I analyze my top spreads, picks, moneyline picks, and discuss survival football. I'm not a pro sports analyst, but winning 70% of my spreads last year was pretty cool. Droolish is a sleep and relaxation podcast, focused on varied subjects with the goal to help remove insomnia, reduce mind chatter, and help you fall sleep. My voice makes people tired, apparently. (💤 + 🌧️ sounds to help relax and calm racing thoughts).

| 100 Startup Ideas To Steal - Part 4 [💤 + rain sounds] | 16 Dec 2019 | 00:57:53 | |
I share eight additional apps and business ideas for people to take, use, and turn into reality [part 4]. This is an ongoing series so please subscribe if this piques your interest.
If you like these ideas, please follow me on FB/Twitter or send an email with your input. As always, thank you for listening.

| NFL Week 15 Picks, Anti-Power Rankings, Upset Picks [💤 + 🌧️] | 11 Dec 2019 | 01:27:22 | |
Solid NFL week 14 overall (early discussion). This episode features week 15 NFL picks and predictions. Keep in mind, I am not a (professional) sports analyst, this is used for (semi) entertainment purposes while using background noises to induce sleep and relaxation. I blend in rain sounds and outdoor sounds to help you relax and help get rid of insomnia and for sleep. My underdog picks: Eh. Remember, ALWAYS do your due diligence, most of my NFL week 14 picks are for fun and my analysis is often based on survival pick'ems so every week I do hyper-focus on a few key matchups (not all of them).
Also: NFL Week 15 ANTI-Power Rankings. I made the ANTI-Power rankings to be EXTRA and to focus on the WORST teams heading into week 15 of the NFL season. Everyone says the same things for good teams, let's flip the script and focus on the bottom feeders based on previous weeks performances. I've noticed that my anti-power rankings do a decent job of identifying bad teams and correct underdog spread picks.
