Our heroes unexpectedly meet with one of the most famous and powerful wizards in the entire D&D multiverse. Negotiations begin, and the party prepares to do business with Mordenkainen. What price will he ask for the valuable information that our heroes need?

Our heroes, after attacking Vorova's convoy, find shelter with the newly liberated townsfolk. There, they speak with Max's long lost friend and bandmate, who might have something in common with another member of the party - and a grim truth that must be revealed.

Returning to High Hall, our heroes do their best to stay above suspicion while surrounded by potential cultists. Meanwhile, Lux offers to use a spell to help his brother - and with a well-meaning deception, wild consequences follow, and a character that has only been mentioned thus far in the campaign makes their grand debut.

Adriel separates from the group, and in his mother's garden, has his first honest conversation with Amaryllis. Meanwhile, the party interrogates Boulder, to see if he intends to betray them.

After the shocking revelation the party made last session, Tychus Antonidas tells them the truth about what happened to him twenty years ago. Shocked and stunned, the party realizes that they must take great care in whom they choose to place their trust, as all of High Hall may in fact be compromised.

Our heroes find the lost members of the militia. And a truth is revealed that will forever change the course of the campaign.

Our heroes clash with a massive warband of gnolls, and team up with a mysterious figure who, despite his casual personality, knows far more than he lets on.

Episode 26 - As the group searches for the Pair of Black Antlers tavern, they find Boulder and the Flaming Fist, who are being attacked by a group of savage gnolls.

Episode 25 - After the wild night at the Whitlock estate, the party spends their morning wrapping up loose ends. Once they're finished, they go to the Docks district, searching for the organization called the Militia, as well as the missing Tome of the Creed Resolute.

Episode 24 - Returning to the Whitlock estate, the group relaxes and reunites with a number of friends and family members. And when Max gives the members of Lute Destroyers some brand new instruments, an absolute rager of a party is soon to follow.

Episode 23 - Facing off against a horde of devils and zombies, the party joins the battle in order to help the remaining Hellriders. Unfortunately, Lux and Adriel must fight against their parents, raised by the deranged necromancer, Gideon Lightward.

Episode 22 - Traveling through the Shieldhall, the group finds death, destruction and chaos in Gideon's wake. Regardless of the undead or fiends in their path, they vow to make their way through his remaining forces and end him, once and for all.

Pursuing a convoy with captured civilians and a long lost friend aboard, the heroes of Black Star prepare to make an enemy of one of the most powerful slave traders in Avernus.

Episode 21 - Having returned to Elturel, the party hears of Gideon's ongoing crusade to purge the city of anything he deems to be in league with the Abyss. Our heroes make their way to Helm's Shieldhall, where the mad necromancer's undead army is sieging the gates of the fortress, and leap into action to help the remaining Hellriders.

Episode 20 - The party takes some time to go shopping in the Wandering Emporium, and get some matching tattoos to symbolize their group's connection. After making some purchases and learning of the bounty system in Avernus, they decide to make a long-overdue return to where the campaign first began.

Episode 19 - The party continues to fend off the forces of Zariel, who are in pursuit of their quarry, and Gwen meets an old enemy. Afterwards, the party makes some new acquaintances, and learn more of the scope of the events surrounding Elturel.

Episode 18 - After resting, the party prepares to head to the Wandering Emporium. But along the way, a flying fortress and its pursuit of a single figure forces the party to intervene, and a frantic chase ensues.

Episode 17: The group presses on into the blizzard, lead by an infernal guide towards the lair of Nicozal, also known as 'Zariel's Claws'. With the souls of countless children on the line, the party prepares to make the jolly devil answer for his evil plans.

Episode 16: The group upgrades their vehicle, now named 'Lilith', at the Stygian Docks. Continuing on their journey, they encounter some unexpected weather, and learn of a devil's nefarious plans to corrupt the souls of children back in Faerun.

Episode 15: Having taken down Cruxar, the newly-minted group 'Blackstar' loots the spoils of the camp and interrogates the devils that surrendered. After celebrating their success, the group goes to the Stygian Docks, looking for a key part to Mad Maggie's machine.

Episode 14: With a plan to save Raggadragga's warband, the party travels to the warcamp of Cruxar Deathscream in the Spawning Trees. While half of the group enter stealthily, the other half challenges the fearsome Bone Devil to a Battle of the Bands.

Episode 13: After learning about some more locations across Avernus from the flameskull Barnabas, the group heads out in their new vehicle. Back at the Temple of the Broken Prince, they encounter a strange individual named Raggadragga, who is being pursued by a violent and bloodthirsty warband.

C2 Episode 12: Resting at the Temple of the Broken Prince, Lux takes some time to acquaint themselves with their new motorcycle, 'Lucy', while Adriel has an honest discussion with Patina regarding his past mistakes. Afterwards, the party returns to Fort Knucklebone, where they are presented with a reward for their work, as well as a new task from Barnabas the flameskull.

Our heroes, with new bounties on their heads, try their best to avoid unwanted attention as they maneuver through the Wandering Emporium in search of allies, assistance, and disguises.

C2 Episode 11: With a singular mission, the cursed sword, Vilus Incarnatus, wants to be hilt-deep in the Broken Prince, nicknamed 'Kyle'. The group searches through the temple to activate all the glyphs and open the inner chamber so they can reach not only Kyle, but Ryos, one of Gwen's old enemies.

C2 Episode 10: After meeting with Maggie, the group travels to the Temple of the Broken Prince, where an old, long-dead enemy of Gwen has made his base. Within, they find a scene of carnage, a cursed sword, and a horrifying truth about the temple's true purpose.

C2 Episode 9: After settling affairs in Elturel, the group glides down to the plains of Avernus below and make their way to Fort Knucklebone, owned by an eccentric old woman named Mad Maggie. Upon hearing that Lulu has forgotten a key piece of information that the party needs in their search for Zariel's sword, she makes them an offer that just might be exactly what they need.

C2 Episode 8: As the survivors begin the ritual to free Ulder Ravengard from his curse, a portal to the Abyss opens and demons pour out. The party fights alongside the Hellriders and the Flaming Fist to hold off the attackers, and as the ritual reaches a climax, an unexpected vision from the Heavens changes the course of the campaign - forever.

C2 Episode 7: Meeting with Gideon, a fallen priest of Lathander, the group makes a tenuous alliance with him while searching for the source of the demon invasion. With the help of Lucille, an unexpected ally, they explore the catacombs and find Ulder Ravengard, who is under the effects of a powerful and chaotic spell.

C2 Episode 6: With the survivors safely in High Hall, the party heads to the Grand Cemetery of Elturel to search for Ulder Ravengard and the Helm of Torm's Sight. However, a horde of undead leads to yet another mystery.

C2 Episode 5: After taking a rest with the survivors in High Hall, the party heads deeper into the catacombs beneath High Hall, where they encounter members of a sinister cult and a hulking devil.

C2 Episode 4: Leaving Lux's family home, the group continues their trek to High Hall, hoping to find shelter, more survivors, and answers as to how the city might still be saved.

C2 Episode 3: Battling their way across the bridge, the party learns of the perilous side effects of Sorcha's lycanthropic transformations.

C2 Episode 2: The party searches for survivors as they begin to make their way to High Hall for safety, and deceptions abound as the full scope of the city's peril is revealed.

Following the revelation of the Hellriders, our heroes perform the last rites for Shalrel Prall, and obtain a revelation as to the identity of the Healer. Afterwards, they return to the Wandering Emporium, and discover that

C2 Episode 1: We start a new campaign in Elturel, where six individuals gather for the comeback performance of Lute Destroyers. However, the show is cut short by a calamity that plunges the city into chaos, and a group of strangers must learn to work together in order to survive.

(Hey everyone! Just a quick note about the recording - something happened at 2:21:50, and unfortunately, about ten minutes of material was lost. The recording picks up again at 2:21:51, but during that time, here's what happened.  - Lux entered the inn and looked around for their brother, Nox, before finding him at the back. The two siblings shared a reunion and a hug, before Lux tried to tell him something. However, as the performance of Lute Destroyers was about to start, Nox said that they could talk after the show.  - Adriel entered the inn and sat down at a table. Patina, noticing the handsome young man, sent Cherry over to be cute, and Adriel was amused by the little bird.  - Gwen, searching through the crates, found the coffee bag she was looking for - as well as a strange moving bag. Confused, she opened it, and a two foot long, golden-furred, flying elephant came out. The elephant thanked Gwen for freeing her, before asking who was in charge of the city. A baffled Gwen said she didn't know, and the elephant replied that she needed to find this person - because something terrible was about to happen to the city.  - Finally, the proprietor of the inn, Kirog, introduced the Lute Destroyers, who came out and greeted the audience. And that's where the audio picks up once again.)

C1 - Episode 23: The party faces Nasira aboard her airship, and the final battle of the campaign begins.

C1 - Episode 22: The party is confronted by mirror images of themselves, which they must overcome if they wish to obtain the reward that waits at the end of the trials.

C1 - Episode 21: Entering a forgotten temple, the party investigates the Path of Light, and undertakes their trials in order to reach the final sanctum.

C1 - Episode 20: The party leaves the Greenfoot clan with two new crew members. Finally arriving at their destination, they venture through the veil of the storm, only to discover that their enemies already lie in wait.

C1 - Episode 19: First a sinking ship, then a burning village - from one nightmare to the next, the party battles fears and traumas made manifest in order to save their friends.

C1 - Episode 18: Traveling back to the camp of the Greenfoot Clan, the party plans a celebration until they discover that the corruption of their friends is much more dire than they had believed. A ritual is quickly prepared by Kora and their mother, and the party falls into slumber as they prepare to face off against living nightmares.

C1 - Episode 17: In order to save Martin, the group faces off against the druid of the Boromar Clan, hellbent on getting revenge.

C1 - Episode 16: Now reunited, the party attempts to interrupt a sacrifice and free Rustle Cloth. However, an appearance from a terrifying predator turns a rescue mission into a frantic escape.

C1 - Episode 15: The group's reunion is interrupted by a pack of ferocious lizardfolk, and an ambush quickly turns into a heated battle.

After the fight against Yevira, our heroes take their time to loot her camp and discuss what to do with the surviving devils. And later, a vision of the past reveals a horrific betrayal, and shatters the faith of one of our heroes completely.

C1 - Episode 14: In pursuit of lost party members, the airship lands as the group prepares to venture into a deep and perilous jungle.

C1 - Episode 13: While traveling through the skies, the party is ambushed by dinosaur-riding halflings who raid the ship.

C1 - Episode 12: After the chaotic escape from the party, secrets are revealed regarding the Bautista sisters' heritage and the villains that seek them out. With a destination ahead of them, the group begins the race against their unseen foes as feelings begin stirring amid members of the crew.

C1 - Episode 11: Tensions build as the party continues, no one knows who to trust and what will happen. And without warning, a chance encounter turns deadly as two of the party members fall into a trap and the gala explodes into chaos.
