Charlie's focus is 'Actionable Ads'.  Using Voice Assistants (like Alexa & Google Assistant) to deliver engagement, insight and a transactional endpoint for advertising campaigns.

His experience over the last 8 years has been in AI/Natural Language Processing and the application of conversational interfaces, as he believes that natural conversations between customers and technology will create opportunities for a conversational experience to reduce friction with brand messages.

We spoke with Charlie about his experiences negotiating as a CEO and the importance of micronegotiations throughout his career.

In this episode, our negotiation experts dive into their experiences and learnings through the years around the importance of preparation ahead of their negotiations.
