The eighth episode of Season 1 of Deaf With The Record focuses on Joni Mitchell's 1971 masterpiece 'Blue'.  This is a must listen just to hear Jamie restrain himself for 45 minutes from gushing about Hejira and Joni's later 'jazzy' experiments. The boys also discuss some of the more poignant stories behind Joni's songs, as well as her approach to lyricism and the ways in which she has been unfairly compared to her contemporaries.
