Syrian businessman Mazzi Dumato opted for a complete life overhaul after he crashed his Ferrari in Dubai in 2016. Nick Schulman is an American professional poker player and poker commentator. He has won 3 WSOP gold bracelets so far; as well as a WPT title in 2005, at the time, the youngest player ever to do so. Overall, he has over $13 million live tournament cashes, which puts him in the top 100 on the worldwide all-time money list and in the top 50 on the US all-time money list. He’s also a regular in the world’s most famous super high stakes cash game room, Bobby’s Room at the Bellagio. Schulman is also known as a frequent commentator for ESPN’s World Series of Poker coverage. In 2019, his offhand remark about the level of play in the WSOP Main Event caused some controversy in the online poker community.

Steve Albini is an American musician, record producer, audio engineer and music journalist. He was a member of Big Black and is a member of Shellac. He has produced iconic albums for artists such as, Nirvana, The Pixies, and Jimmy Page. He is the founder, owner and principal engineer of Electrical Audio, a recording studio complex in Chicago. In 2018, Albini estimated that he had worked on several thousand albums during his career. He has had major influence on the development of genres such as noise rock, post-hardcore and math rock. All the while, Albini combined a lifelong love of music with a fascination with Poker. He started playing poker when his great grandmother taught him in 1969 and has been playing ever since. He recently won a WSOP bracelet in 2022. Albini is also known for his outspoken views on the music industry, having stated repeatedly that it financially exploits artists and homogenizes their sound. Nearly alone among well-known producers, Albini refuses to take ongoing royalties from album sales, feeling that a producer's job is to record the music to the band's desires, and that paying a producer as if they had contributed artistically to an album is unethical.

Jennifer Harman is one of the most accomplished female poker players in the world. In 2002, she became the first woman to hold two World Series of Poker bracelets and throughout her career she has won over $2.5 million from live tournaments alone. She is renowned for playing in the high-stakes cash games at the Bellagio Hotel and was a natural at poker from a young age. Jennifer lost her mother to kidney failure, and she herself has had a kidney transplant. In order to help others who have struggled with kidney failure, Harman founded the Creating Organ Donation Awareness (CODA), a non-profit organization that raises money to support the cause. She also donates a portion of her winnings to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Nevada.
