Hailing from the Piedmont region of Italy, Chef German received his training at the Culinary Art School in Torino and went on to travel internationally, gaining experience throughout Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden and Canada, Hungry for more experience and opportunities, he went to New York where he began working for the renown Cipriani Group. Soon thereafter he opened his first restaurant, Vite Vinosteria in 2018. He went on to open Plado Tasting Bar in the East Village and L’Artista Italian Kitchen and Bar in Hamilton Heights. Chef German is a regular on the Food Network, he was a finalist on Supermarket Stakeout and won the 2018 Little Big Italy Competition.

As his career advanced, he served as lead sommelier at The Standard Highline, The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island and the White Elephant on Nantucket. He achieved a 2-glass Wine Spectator Award and with his dedicated folliwing went on to open Josie and Tony’s.

He won the prestigious Le Mans 24- hour race for Porsche, and the Sebring 12 hour race - 2 times. He had 12 podiums during his career and went on to participate in the CART series - now known as IndyCar - and for 5 years raced for Bettenhausen Racing. Stefan continues to race but is also an accomplished artist,  watchmaker, designer, driving manager and television commentator.

Elijah is a graduate of Sphinx Hospitality school and catering services in Lagos, Nigeria, he holds a certificate in entrepreneurship and management from Young Africa Leader’s Initiative (YALI West Africa RLC-GIMPA) and earned a Leading Change certificate from the University of Cambridge in 2017. He was the recipient of the 2017 Queen’s Young Leader Award presented by Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace for his contribution towards social development across the commonwealth. In 2020 he became a New Voices Fellow at the Aspen Institute. And these are just a few of his many awards and accomplishments for his critical work.
