End of life can be an emotionally highly charged time both for the person moving on and the loved ones left behind.

In this podcast I would like to offer, for consideration, some ways of using crystals to aid the experience and make what can be a very daunting time into a beautiful loving experience.

I speak to Rachael whose mum received crystal healing during her transitioning time. Rachael shares her views on the benefits and experience of using crystals during this time and rates her own experience, dealing with her grief once she had passed.

Investigating Crystals for Eye Health

30 people decided to get together and investigate using crystals to improve Eye Health. The results were amazing !!

The following crystals were chosen to investigate how they would impact on eye health. Each participant chose a crystal to work with over a 4 day period and surprisingly in such a short period of time the results were incredible.

Smokey Quartz Eye soothers: This crystal is said to release eyestrain, adjust perception from negative thinking to positive and quell over thinking to produce a clearer vision of the world.

Rose Quartz Eye soothers: This crystal is said to help you see the good in the world, ever heard of the saying rose tinted glasses… well this is exactly what this beautiful crystal will do, it will help you see the good in the world. As always crystals may aid recognition of what needs clearing first so you have a marker to work from.

Agate Eye Soothers: This crystal works closer to the physical form so I have high hopes of it improving eye sight and focus. Relaxing, regenerating and easing the temples to produce a more sharper more relaxed focus, reducing pressure and ability to see.

Euphoralite: Red Dragon: Delving deep into the subconscious

Red Dragon is another member of the Euphoralite family.

This experience was extra ordinary, a real visit into the energy world meeting whale and red dragon and having deep conversations with both spirit animals.

I share my experience and conversations with you as whale reminds me that the only thing to fear is my own mind and Red dragon shows me the destructive forces of the element of fire and the illumination that can occur as well.

Euphoralite Crystals: Pangaea, the god mind

After receiving a wonderful gift of crystals : the family of Euophoralite :I simply had to share the experience with you and offer a short guided meditation at the end of the podcast for you to connect to the Vibration too.

Euphoralite is a family of recently discovered crystals from the Sacred Black Hills of South Dakota. It emits is a high vibration and is simply Divine. Now those of you who know me know that I love all crystals but this is a find, the vibration is clean and clear meaning you can really get a good connection if the spirit of the stone decides to speak with you.

Pangaea is the first crystal from the family that chose to speak with me and I noticed how the vibration observed me before allowing a good clear connection. I thought I would not receive any information just a very pleasant experience but when the communication began it was clean, clear and very specific.

I absolutely loved working with it and look forward to sharing information from the rest of the family over the next few podcasts.

Pangaea spoke of the heightened mind and how we should choose to elevate our thoughts.

Dioptase: Release Karma, find forgiveness and live a rich life

This episode is my experience of working with Dioptase.

It unearthed within me the recognition that I had created Karma and was now receiving a "taste of my own medicine". I learned so much from this very powerful crystal, including how fast things can change in the manifest world when you have recognised the energetic imbalance. Truly outstanding!

I learned how to forgive myself, which I honestly didnt think I would be able to do. I learned how important it is to consider people's emotional wellbeing and become more vigilant with my words.

Through Dioptase I spoke to the Spirit of my mother and felt her love, compassion and empathy to such a degree that I never thought I would ever be able to love myself that much.

Dioptase helped me recognise and manifest my hearts desires.
I would highly recommend tuning into this incredible crystal it has so much to offer.
