Today's guests could be seen as the coolest librarians in the world. They are incredible at helping you answer life's biggest questions in a personal, humorous and intellectual way. Most of them were creating videos before they came together three years ago to create what's now their main project. What I love about them is how unique they each are and how they each compliment each other so well. It's not enough to have a great idea. You really need to trust the people you build with to find sustainable success and these three are an incredible example.

2. She has very clear goals and wants to get better every single day
3. Her approach to working with brands is very unique — she creates a commercial and stars in it to showcase her acting ability

This creator grew up dreaming of playing Volleyball professionally. She was on the path to do exactly that. Her life took a turn and found herself searching for a new career pursuit. It's hard to believe she wasn't trying to become an actress from the beginning because of her skill, drive and passion. Loved learning from her and I'm excited for all of you too, as well!

What drew me to this person was their drive to master their craft. When I met this person, they had over 250k on YouTube yet it wasn’t their numbers which were impressive. It was the level of dedication to their craft as a storyteller. Since we met, it’s been inspiring to watch this person grow and become a master of their craft.
