Pleased to welcome Scotty Hasting on Country with Celine

Scotty Hasting is a Veteran who narrowly escaped death, which left severe nerve damage to his right hand therefore unable to continue his journey in the Army. From this challenge life threw at him, he found comfort in country music.

Years later, Scotty signed a record deal with Black River and just released his debut EP, ‘I’m America’. Hasting has performed at Bridgestone Arena for more than 17,000 hockey fans at the Nashville Predators game, which was very full circle for him.

Country singer Shantaia is on Country with Celine for Episode 33!  

This Canadian moved to Nashville during the crazy year 2020 but does not regret it AT ALL! She is making her mark in music city.

Episode 23 of Country with Celine we are joined by Dustin Chapman.

Music is healing. Especially for country singer Dustin Chapman from Whiteville, North Carolina.  In senior year Dustin Chapman was diagnosed with a rare condition called, “Achalasia” an esophageal motility disorder that only affects 100,000 people each year. But despite this challenge, Dustin shines with his positivity, stays strong with his faith and found music to restore brokenness and encourage hopefulness. His escape is music and has always been music. 

Chapman has been described to have a “soft, smooth and passionate voice.” Performing since the age of 14, Dustin showcased his talents around the US. He really made an impact in 2017 when he performed with American Idol winner Scotty McCreery. Since then he’s been leading the way in country music. His debut album charted #52 on iTunes Top Country Albums Charts.

Country with Celine presents independent artist Halle Kearns!   After getting lots of exposure with the release of her first EP "Finally," Halle is on track to break through the country music scene. "Finally" reached number 7 in the U.S iTunes Country Charts and number 5 in the U.K. Along with that huge accomplishment, her latest hit "Whatever You Do" has been hitting country radio and has garnered 2 million streams on Spotify.

Brian John Harwood joins Country with Celine for lucky number 13! 

Brian is the other half of Kanas Stone who decided to taste the solo artists route last year. But don’t get it twisted, he is still very much apart of Kansas Stone. Brian shares how Kansas Stone is looking forward to releasing new music this year!

Now 2020 was a bit of a rocky year but Emily seemed to have taken advantage, releasing a new single called, “Bad Habit" which was one of the most downloaded country singles in Canada! It also became a 3rd consecutive song of hers to land in the top 40 on CBC, SiriusXM Country Radio. After discussing her accomplishments, she shares how she first got into music. Episode 4 of "Country with Celine," we are joined by star talent Augusta Ray!! Augusta is a singer/songwriter with a unique voice. A voice which was influenced by eclectic music acts such as Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix and Shania Twain. Augusta has quite a resume!! She was invited to perform at Summerfest; The World's Largest Music Festival, for the second year in a row. She performed among acts such as The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kool and The Gang, Elle King, Def Leppard, and Paul McCartney. ​In 2016 and 2017, Augusta was awarded both songwriter of the year and female artist of the year by the North American Country Music Association International. Augusta was also invited to make her debut at the legendary Bluebird Café in Nashville in 2019. In addition to all these accomplishments, she has also toured with Brett Kissel. Keep an eye open on this one, she's 21 and isn't slowing down any time soon.
