Hello from Ängsbacka, a lil community in the Swedish country-side where I’ve been living this summer. 

It is also a (magical) place where I first got initiated into tea ceremony 2 years ago, and that completely changed my life.

Ya gal landed back on European soil & is preparing to hold the first Cosmic ASSplorations retreat. As a part of the preparation, the body decided to rest, purge & transmute by "getting sick". So we surrender, trust & well, decide to enjoy it. :) On day 3 of bed-ding, I felt like going through the journals I filled while living in Bali, and then got inspired to make a podcast episode commenting & expanding on it.
