Here I read back a raw letter I wrote to keep my thoughts in order when departing from my penultimate corporate role as a Recruiter. This is meant to be half of a two part episode set. In this letter, I discuss the vague expectations of the company, ranging from performance based to social in nature. I also detail the final straw that let me know I truly wasn’t going to find any resolution to stay. My toxic former boss can thank himself for this.
